I built a waitlist for fully booked Calendly pages

Calendly has no waitlist. When a client cancels, the slot usually just sits empty, unless the coach or therapist happens to remember who asked for an earlier time.

So I built WaitlistPing. You connect Calendly and get a waitlist link for each event type. Clients who can't find a time leave their name and email. When someone cancels, everyone waiting gets an email with a direct link to that exact time, and the first to book gets it. Booking still happens in Calendly, so nothing about your booking rules changes.

It's live, with a 14-day free trial and no card needed, then $15 a month. It needs a paid Calendly plan because it relies on cancellation notifications.

I don't have users yet, so I'm looking for a few people who are booked out (coaches, tutors, therapists, consultants) to try it and tell me what's missing. I'd also like to hear from anyone who has handled cancellations another way.
