Many tech companies host their careers page on Greenhouse. If you track a list of companies — for a job board, a recruiting pipeline, or your own job search — checking each careers page by hand gets old fast. This post shows how to pull every open job from a Greenhouse board as JSON, and how to get only the new ones every morning.

 1. Find the board token

Open a job on the company's careers page and look at the URL:

https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/<token>/jobs/123

<token>
(for example
figma
or
stripe
) identifies the board. Greenhouse exposes a public Job Board API for each board — the same JSON feed the careers page itself uses — so no login or browser is needed.

 2. Pull all open jobs

With the Greenhouse Jobs Scraper on Apify, the input is just a list of boards plus optional filters:

{
 "boards": ["figma", "stripe"],
 "keywords": ["engineer", "data"],
 "locations": ["United States", "Remote"],
 "postedWithinDays": 30
}

Each job comes back in one flat schema: title, department, locations, remote flag, posting date, pay range (when the posting publishes one), description and apply link. No recruiter names or contacts are collected.

 3. Get only new jobs every day

Turn on Monitor mode and save the input as an Apify task.

Add a schedule, for example every day at 07:00.

The first run returns all matching jobs; every later run returns only jobs that were not delivered before.

You can then connect the dataset to Slack, Google Sheets or a webhook with Apify's built-in integrations.

 Cost

Pricing is pay per event: $1 per 1,000 jobs plus $0.002 per run. Jobs dropped by your filters or already delivered in monitor mode are not charged. A daily monitor on 20 boards that finds 30 new jobs costs about $0.03 per day.

 Other ATSs

If your list also includes Lever, Ashby, Workday or SmartRecruiters companies, the combined ATS Jobs API handles them in one run with the same output schema.

This article was written with the help of AI and checked against the tool's own test results. I build and maintain the Steadyrow scrapers on Apify.
