There have been plenty of times that I witnessed how little operational inefficiencies turn into big business problems when left untreated for too long.</p> <p>I intend to share my observations and learnings regarding the topics of inventory management, asset management, workflow improvement, and business systems used by companies to keep themselves organized and efficient.</p> <p>Please note that I am not here to pretend having all the right answers.
