&lt;p&gt;I begin using the &lt;strong&gt;pomodoro technique&lt;/strong&gt; since nearly one week. However, it does not appear to be suitable for problem solvers, as the pomodoro alarm rings when I am in the midst of a problem-solving session, which hurts my mind.&lt;/p&gt;
