Take code colors from another theme

Take the editor UI from another theme

Change single colors with overrides

Pick and preview themes live with :Converge

Is there a situation where you liked the colorscheme but the syntax highlighting does not hook you up with that like coloscheme?

May be you ask, Oh Man! I really the syntax highlighting but not quite really like the overall look of the theme in the UI?

Well I too was sailing the same boat where I kept liking the editor UI of one colorscheme and the code colors of another, so I wrote a plugin to combine them.

Not just that you can now change the color when you select the text in visual mode, or you want change how commented line should look.

You can have it all in here.

converge.nvim takes "slices:" from your installed colorschemes and mixes them into one scheme called
converge
:

ui: background, statusline, popups, line numbers

syntax: code colors (treesitter and LSP included)

diagnostics, git, terminal, plugins

I looked around before building it and found pickers that switch whole themes, but nothing that mixes parts of different ones. If something like this already exists, I'd like to know.

Plugin Repo: converge.nvim

Feedback and bug reports welcome.

I've been working on a side project for a while and finally decided to share it with the community. Checkout pygitzen - a terminal-based Git client built entirely in Python, inspired by LazyGit.

Pure Python (no external git CLI needed)

VSCode-style file status panels

Branch-aware commit history

Push status indicators

Vim-style navigation (j/k, h/l)
Try it out!
If you're a terminal-first developer who loves TUIs, give it a shot:

pip install pygitzen
cd <your-git-repo>
pygitzen

Feedback welcome!
This is my first PyPI package, so I'd love feedback on:

What features are missing?

What could be improved?

Is the UI intuitive?

select-undo: A Neovim Plugin for Selective Undo

Introduction

Have you ever wanted to undo just a part of your code in Neovim without affecting the rest of the file? Traditional undo (u) in Vim restores the entire buffer state, which isn’t always ideal when working with specific selections.

That’s where select-undo shines, a Neovim plugin that lets you selectively undo text within a visual selection!

Features

Undo entire lines within a selection
Undo only part of a line
Persistent undo support
Works seamlessly with Neovim’s undo tree

Try It Out!

If you’re a Neovim user who loves precision, give select-undo a try!

Check out the repository: select-undo

Introducing Pendulum: A Timer Plugin for Neovim to Boost Your Productivity

Are you a developer or writer who spends countless hours in Neovim? Do you struggle with staying productive or managing your time effectively? If so, let me introduce you to Pendulum, a simple yet powerful timer plugin designed specifically for Neovim.

What is Pendulum?

Pendulum is a Neovim plugin that integrates a timer directly into your editor. Pendulum helps you manage your work sessions by breaking them down into intervals. This method not only enhances focus but also ensures that you take necessary breaks to avoid burnout.

Why Use Pendulum?

Stay Focused: By setting a timer, you can commit to working on a single task for a specific period without distractions.

Integrated into Neovim: No need to switch between apps or look at your phone. Everything happens within Neovim, so you stay in the flow.

Customizable: Set, stop, resume, and restart the timer based on your workflow needs. It’s flexible enough to adapt to different types of work sessions.

How Does It Work?

Once installed, you can start using Pendulum with simple commands. Set your timer, and Pendulum will notify you when the time is up. The notifications are designed to be subtle yet effective, keeping you informed without interrupting your work.

Whether you’re coding, writing, or studying, Pendulum helps you manage your time better and stay productive without leaving Neovim. It’s a small addition that can make a big difference in how you work.

Ready to Boost Your Productivity?

Give Pendulum a try and see how it can help you maintain focus and improve your productivity. Whether you’re a fan of working in such a manner or just looking for a way to manage your time more effectively, Pendulum is here to help.

Follow the link for instruction.
