Hello everyone, I'm Suraj, and I currently work as a Product Manager at a Fintech company in Japan. Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of working in this vibrant and technologically advanced country. However, I've also witnessed a recurring challenge faced by many Indian developers who come to Japan: the language barrier.

The Challenge: Navigating Japan's Linguistic Landscape
Japan is renowned for its rich culture, advanced technology, and unique business environment. However, one aspect that often poses a significant hurdle for Indian developers is the Japanese language. Despite their technical prowess and expertise, many talented developers struggle with everyday tasks and workplace communication due to the language barrier. This challenge can affect their productivity, social integration, and overall experience in Japan.

My Initiative: Teaching Japanese to Indian Developers
Recognizing this common struggle, I decided to take action. I started teaching Japanese to developers from India, aiming to equip them with the language skills necessary to thrive both personally and professionally in Japan. My goal is to provide them with a better understanding of the language, enabling smoother communication and a more enriching experience in their new environment.

Free Japanese Lessons: Accessible and Convenient
To make learning accessible and convenient, I offer free basic Japanese lessons through Zoom. These classes are designed to cover essential language skills, focusing on practical usage that can be immediately applied in daily life and work settings. Additionally, all classes are recorded and available on YouTube, allowing learners to revisit lessons at their own pace.

Collaboration Opportunity
Given the positive feedback and growing interest in these lessons, I'm reaching out to explore potential partnerships to expand this initiative.
