If you've ever tried to find paid AI training work (the freelance gigs where you write, rate and fact-check model answers), you know the problem: the roles are scattered across dozens of platforms, each with its own job board, its own pay format and its own country rules. So I built one place for all of them: AI Train Job.

 What it does

AI Train Job reads the public job boards of 68 platforms (Mercor, Alignerr, micro1, Handshake AI, Lilt, Turing and more) every hour and puts every open role in one searchable list. Today that's over 5,000 roles.

You can filter by:

Field: law, medicine, coding, maths and STEM, finance, languages, writing

Pay: hourly rates stated in USD, from any to $200+/hr

Country: including roles open worldwide

Experience: there's a "no experience needed" filter for generalist and language work

Hours, commitment, degree and equipment

Every listing links straight to the platform's own posting, so you can verify it before you apply.

 What the data says

A few things surprised me once everything was in one place:

The median stated rate is about $80/hr, and the top tenth pay $150/hr or more. Those top roles mostly want a licence or a PhD in the field.

Languages and translation is the biggest category by number of roles, but it pays well below the average (around $35/hr median).

Only about 5% of roles are open worldwide. Most are limited to a handful of countries, which is why the country filter matters so much if you live outside the US or UK.

Platforms report pay very differently. Some post a range, some a ceiling, some monthly. I never convert or guess: if a role doesn't state an hourly USD rate, it's shown as not stated.

 Spotting fake AI training jobs

As this work got popular, so did scams. Real platforms never charge you to apply, never ask for bank details over email, and always describe the work, the pay and the steps plainly. If a "recruiter" messages you on Telegram with a $500/day offer, check the role on the platform's own site first. I wrote a short guide on it here: how to spot a fake AI training job.

 How it's built

Each platform's own job board is read every hour, and every listing is re-checked against its source, so pay, location and dates come straight from the platform. Filters live in the URL, so any search you build is shareable.

 Try it

It's free for job seekers, with no sign-up: aitrainjob.com. If you're on a platform I'm missing, or the pay data looks wrong for your field, I'd genuinely like to hear about it in the comments.
