      <description>&lt;p&gt;Hello everyone!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I understand how tough the job market is right now, especially with so many AI-based rejections.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;AI is making developers more productive than ever.&lt;br&gt;
Tasks that once took hours can now be completed in minutes, which is exciting, but it also raises a concern: if one developer can accomplish the work of several, will companies simply hire fewer engineers?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don't believe software engineers will disappear, but I do think the role is changing rapidly.&lt;br&gt;
The demand for developers who can design systems, solve complex problems, and effectively leverage AI will likely continue to grow, while routine coding tasks become increasingly automated.&lt;br&gt;
The real challenge isn't competing with AI, it's adapting alongside it.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What's your perspective?&lt;br&gt;
Will AI create more opportunities than it replaces, or will it significantly reshape the job market for developers?&lt;/p&gt;
