A signed estimate does not stay an estimate for long. It becomes a live project with people, hours, purchases, documents, quality checks, changes and costs. Yet many construction companies still have to copy the same client, worker and project data between tools that were never designed to work together.

The problem is not a lack of software. It is fragmentation.

YOTU is our attempt to follow the actual path of a construction job. Instead of forcing one oversized application to serve every role, we are building five focused products around a shared operating model.

1. Finding the right work

YOTU Pro connects people who need construction or renovation work with professionals who can deliver it.

Clients can publish a project without charge. Professionals can review available opportunities, see the contact price and decide whether the job fits their trade, location and capacity before using prepaid credit to access the lead.

This matters because lead generation is useful only when it respects a company's real workload. More opportunities are not automatically better opportunities.

2. Estimating and invoicing around a real project

A construction estimate is not a generic shopping cart. It has sections, sub-sections, materials, labour, payments, expenses and changes during delivery.

YOTU Invoices is built around that structure. It helps companies prepare estimates and invoices, organise customers and projects, register expenses and payments, and track labour costs. It also includes workflows prepared for VeriFactu, which is particularly relevant for companies and self-employed professionals operating in Spain.

The product is focused, but its data should not become another isolated copy of the project.

3. Recording time where the work happens

Construction teams do not spend the day at desks, and connectivity on site is not guaranteed.

YOTU Time lets workers clock in and out from a phone, including when they are offline. Corrections are handled without deleting the original event, so the company keeps a clear history rather than replacing one version of the truth with another.

The important design constraint here is operational reality. A time system that works only with a perfect connection will eventually produce gaps, manual fixes and disputes.

4. Hiring for construction and the trades

Finding qualified people remains one of the hardest problems in the industry.

YOTU Jobs is a specialised employment marketplace for construction and skilled trades. Companies can publish vacancies and review applications. Workers can build a profile and apply without paying a commission.

The goal is straightforward: make it easier to match the experience a company needs with people who want to build a career in the sector.

5. Seeing the whole operation

YOTU OS is the operational control centre. It brings together projects, Gantt planning, costs, purchases, materials, quality and daily work reports.

It also includes an AI site manager that works with the company's own operational data to help identify risks and show what needs attention. YOTU OS is still in development and is not yet available for purchase.

This is where the value of connected data becomes most visible. A warning is more useful when it can be traced back to the schedule, the team, the recorded hours and the actual costs.

One entry point, not five dead ends

The five products are intended to be parts of one system. A company can start with its most urgent need, such as finding work, preparing estimates or recording time, and move towards a more connected operation without rebuilding its data each time.

YOTU EcoSystem is the common entry point and explains how every product fits into the day-to-day work of a construction company.

The broader lesson is simple: digital transformation should not mean accumulating applications. Software should follow the real journey of the business, from the first opportunity to the final project result.
