&lt;p&gt;You can use the keyword argument &lt;code&gt;markeredgecolor&lt;/code&gt; or the shorter &lt;code&gt;mec&lt;/code&gt; to set the color of the edge of the markers&lt;br&gt;

&lt;code&gt;g&lt;/code&gt;: green&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;
&lt;code&gt;c&lt;/code&gt;: cyan&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;code&gt;m&lt;/code&gt;: magenta&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;code&gt;y&lt;/code&gt;: yellow&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;code&gt;k&lt;/code&gt;: black&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;code&gt;w&lt;/code&gt;: white&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Other than basic value, you can use hex code and color codes from the color names supported by all browsers &lt;a href="https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_names.asp&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

  Marker Face Color

&lt;p&gt;You can use the keyword argument &lt;code&gt;markerfacecolor&lt;/code&gt; or the shorter &lt;code&gt;mfc&lt;/code&gt; to set the color inside the edge of the markers&lt;br&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You actually don't have to pass x-points as an argument in the &lt;code&gt;plot&lt;/code&gt; method. If the value of x-points is a sequential increment starting from 0 for example 1, 2, 3, .. and you just don't care about the values, you just need to only pass the y-points.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;NumPy has provided a method called &lt;code&gt;sort&lt;/code&gt; to sort an array. This method requires one argument which is the original array that you want to sort. Let see how that method works in code.&lt;/p&gt;
