Creating Headings in Google docs

Let’s assume you are writing a book. And you need to divide your content in chapters. You will need multiple size headings.
Let’s see how we can create different size headings in google docs
Steps
1. Open Google drive(drive.google.com)
2. Open the doc in which you want to edit
3. Select the text

4. In the style menu, it says Normal Text. We will change it to heading(Heading 1, Heading 2..)

5.You have done everything correctly. Now this Normal Text will be converted to a heading.

If you want, you can the font size, text color, background color of this heading now.
Don’t forget to leave a heart for the post.

Link to a Specific Section of Google Doc

Sometimes, you need to divide your document into chapters or section.

Linking of specific section of document can easily done in google docs.

1. Set your Bookmark

First you need to create a bookmark in your google doc.

>You can do this by clicking on the point of your text you want to link to.>

>Click Insert button in the top menu>Bookmark

Now, if you have done correctly. A bookmark icon should appear next to your text.

To create a link, go the text which is supposed to link to the bookmark.

>Select the text>

Right click>link

> a new menu will appear>Click on Bookmarks>

Click on the bookmark which you created earlier.

If you have done everything correctly. Your link is set, and clicking on it will take you straight to the bookmark you set!

How to stop uTorrent automatically starting with Windows?

If you have recently installed or updated uTorrent for windows. You would have noticed that nowadays it starts on its own.
I used to disable uTorrent auto startup by disabling it in startup applications. But it does not work anymore.

Method 1

Step 1.

Open uTorrent

Start>

Step 2.

Type uTorrent

Step 3

Menu Bar>Options>Preferences

Step 4

General>Windows Integration>Uncheck Start uTorrent when Windows Starts

Step 5 Click on Apply button>Ok

Method 2

If method 1 did not work for you. You can use another method to disable uTorrent application.

Step 1: Stop uTorrent application

Open taskmanager

Press win(Windows key) + r > Type taskmgr

Step 2

Stop uTorrent in Process

Step 3

You have to remove a helper application that comes with uTorrent installation.

Go to helper directory in your computer.

C:\Users<your-user>\AppData\Roaming\uTorrent\helper

AppData

Note: AppData folder is hidden in windows
Go inside your user folder. Then, enable show hidden folders.

Note: "Your user" depends on the name of the user when you login in your computer.
You will have to go inside the directory. It will be present inside your user directory.

Inside this helper directory there will be a helper.exe file, delete it.

Done!

uTorrent will not bother you anymore.

How to stop OneNote automatically starting with Windows?

If your are reading this article. You are probably annoyed by automatic start of OneNote on your Windows 10.

The annoying OneNote icon on your taskbar can be easily disabled.

Step 1. Open OpenNote

Step 2 > File

Step 3 > Options

Step 4 > Display > Uncheck the "place OneNote icon in the notification area" of the
taskbar.

Step 5

Congratulations! You have successfully disabled OneNote.
