Creating game assets is harder than it looks. I spent weeks making a pack of 24 nature sprites at 32x32 pixels, and here's what I learned.

The Problem

Finding affordable, consistent pixel art for games is tough. Most packs are either too expensive or don't match what I need. So I made my own.

What's in the Pack

8 trees (including cherry blossom and dead tree)
9 rocks and boulders
7 bushes and grass
All 32x32 pixels.

Technical Details

Resolution: 32x32 per sprite
Format: PNG with transparency
Palette: Limited to 8 colors per sprite
Style: Consistent across all 24 sprites
Process

Sketched rough shapes on paper
Drew at 16x16, realized it was too small
Switched to 32x32 for better detail
Drew 40+ sprites, kept the best 24
Tips for Pixel Art Beginners

Use a limited palette - it forces creativity

Start simple, add detail later

Zoom out often to check readability

Study existing pixel art but don't copy
Get the Sprites

If you want, you can buy the nature assets pack for your game, I put them on Gumroad for $4
