I didn’t realize how annoying RPC credits were until I stopped using them

I've been using Triport recently, and somewhat unexpectedly, the thing I like most about it isn't even a particular RPC method or stream.
It's the fact that there are no credits.
After getting used to providers where almost every request has some abstract compute-unit or credit cost attached to it, a normal flat monthly subscription feels surprisingly refreshing.
You choose a plan, you know your RPS limits, and that's basically it.
No constantly checking how many credits a method consumes.
No wondering whether trace_*, WebSockets, or some heavier request is quietly burning through the monthly balance.
No calculator open next to the pricing page trying to estimate what your infrastructure will cost if traffic suddenly increases.
And then there's another small thing that ended up being much more convenient than I expected:
one account and one API key for 9 networks.
I'm currently dealing with infrastructure across different chains, so having Solana, Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Base, Tron, Robinhood Chain, Stellar and TON under the same account is genuinely nice.
The same place also covers things like JSON-RPC, WebSockets, gRPC streams, REST APIs and transaction delivery.
But again, the part that surprised me is simply the pricing.
The plans are currently:

Basic — $20/mo

Pro — $249/mo

Business — $499/mo
Considering how quickly infrastructure costs can get weird once you start adding multiple chains, streams and higher request volumes, I expected it to be significantly more expensive.
I originally looked at Triport because I needed the infrastructure itself.
I ended up appreciating the fact that I don't have to think about the billing model every time I make a request.
It's a very small UX decision on paper.
In practice, I wish more infrastructure providers worked this way.

Triport RPC — Solana & EVM, 9 chains, gRPC & WS streams

9 chains on one API key: Solana, Ethereum, Robinhood, Base, BNB, Polygon, Tron, Stellar, TON. JSON-RPC, WebSocket, gRPC streams. Flat pricing, no credits.
