I’m building GrindMal, a community-driven ecosystem for hands-on learning, real contributions, and skill growth.

Vision: GrindMal exists to turn practice into impact. Here’s what we’re building:

A central hub of mini-projects where anyone can submit a project, collaborate, and see contributions tracked.

Weekly challenges designed as real-world small projects or CLI tools, not just algorithm exercises.

A system that trains developers to review, reason, and improve code, not just copy solutions.

A language-agnostic, self-directed workflow, so you can learn by doing in any stack you want.

A living portfolio for contributors to showcase work, reasoning, and review skills.

Projects Registry: Submit your own project or find open ones to collaborate on. Structured issue templates + GitHub PR tracking.

Weekly Challenges: Week 1 is live. Mini-project style, any language.

Contribution Guidelines: PRs validated for structure & naming. Reviews based on reasoning and correctness.

Hey fam 👋
I’m a developer building something I personally struggled with — sending client quotes without wasting half my day in Google Docs, Excel, or random PDFs.

So I built QuoteMate — a simple tool to create, send, and track professional quotes in minutes.

💡 Why I built it

Freelancers and small agencies spend WAY too much time on admin work. Quotes. Revisions. Chasing replies. Repeat.
Meanwhile actual work (and life) gets squeezed.

I wanted something that makes quoting fast, clean, and trackable.

⭐ Current Features (Alpha)

✔ Create clean, professional quotes
✔ Add line-items, discounts, tax, currency
✔ Save client details
✔ Track status (Draft / Sent / Accepted etc.)
✔ Simple dashboard to see everything at a glance

This is an alpha build — things WILL change, break, improve, disappear 👀

🚀 Building SoundHive — A Social Music Platform to Support Artists & Fans | Seeking Feedback & Collaborators

Hi everyone,

I’m in the early planning stages of SoundHive, a social platform where music lovers can share, discuss, and review songs, while supporting indie and local artists. The goal is to combine Spotify’s vast catalog with social features tailored for music discovery, artist profiles, and real community engagement.

What I plan to build:

Spotify API integration for song and playlist sharing
User feed with comments and reactions
Artist profiles with verification and “drops” (new releases)
Basic search and tagging by genres and moods

What I’m looking for:

Feedback on the concept and tech stack ideas (Next.js, Node.js/Supabase, PostgreSQL, etc...).
Suggestions for features or potential pitfalls to watch out for
Potential collaborators passionate about music & tech

I want to keep some details private to protect the core vision but happy to share more with serious folks.

Would love to hear your thoughts and any tips you might have! Also open to collab offers.
