Don't include the profile directory in the user-data-dir argument. When using user-data-dir option with any profile besides the default, i've had to also use the profile-dir argument.

You get an extension ID when you upload your extension to Google Web Store. Ie. Adblock has URL https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb and the last part of this URL is its extension ID cfhdojbkjhnklbpkdaibdccddilifddb.

I'd like to download the .crx file of an extension from webstore, I use fiddler to analyze the network request when I install an extension from webstore and got it.
