Completing My “Trust and Security with Google Cloud” Certification

I recently completed the Trust and Security with Google Cloud course on Google Cloud Skills Boost.

This course helped me understand the basics of cloud security and how trust, privacy, and data protection are managed in cloud environments.

What I learned:

Fundamentals of cloud security
Importance of trust in cloud systems
How data protection works in modern cloud platforms
Basics of securing cloud-based applications and services

This certification gave me a better understanding of how important security is in today’s cloud-driven world. As someone interested in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, it helped me connect how cloud systems support real-world AI and data applications.

I’m looking forward to applying this knowledge in future projects and continuing to build my skills in cloud computing and cybersecurity.

My Experience in an AI & ML Domain Session at St. Joseph’s College

I recently attended an Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) domain session conducted at St. Joseph’s College.

The session introduced me to the fundamentals of AI and Machine Learning and helped me understand how these technologies are shaping the future of Computer Science.

During the session, I got a better understanding of:

Basic concepts of Artificial Intelligence
How Machine Learning models learn from data
The importance of Python in AI/ML development
Real-world applications of AI in different industries

This experience strengthened my interest in pursuing a career in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence. It also motivated me to continue learning and start building small AI-based projects in the future.

My Experience at a GDG Event (Google Developer Groups) in Chennai

I recently participated in a GDG (Google Developer Groups) event organized under the Google Developer Program at SQ1 Security Technology Private Limited, Rajiv Gandhi Salai, Chennai.

It was a great opportunity to explore the developer ecosystem and connect with people who are passionate about technology, Computer Science, and Artificial Intelligence.

During the event, I got to:

Learn about current trends in technology and development
Understand how developer communities like GDG work
Interact with developers and tech enthusiasts
Explore ideas related to AI and software development

This experience helped me realize how important it is to be part of tech communities early as a student. It motivates me to keep learning and building real projects like my food discovery app and other future ideas.

I’m grateful for this opportunity and looking forward to attending more such events and growing as a student developer.

__ My Experience at AMJ MUN 2025 (Aug 29–30)

I participated in the AMJ Model United Nations (MUN) held on August 29–30, 2025, and it was a highly enriching experience that helped me understand global issues, diplomacy, and structured debate.

During the event, I was actively involved in:

Participating in committee discussions
Working in the Hospitality Department for several weeks before the event
Contributing to the UNHRC (United Nations Human Rights Council) community sessions
worked in hospitality department

This experience helped me improve my communication skills, teamwork, and confidence in formal discussions. Working in the hospitality team also taught me coordination, responsibility, and event management skills.

Being part of MUN gave me a new perspective on how international issues are discussed and how solutions are proposed collaboratively.

I’m grateful for the opportunity and excited to take part in more such events in the future.

_My Experience at ASOFT IITM Young Scientist Project (Nov 12, 2024)

I participated in the ASOFT IITM Young Scientist Project on November 12, 2024, and it was one of my first steps into real-world exposure to science and technology beyond the classroom.

During the event, I got the opportunity to:

Explore innovative project ideas from students
Understand how research and problem-solving work in real environments
Interact with peers who are also interested in science and technology

This experience helped me realize how important curiosity and practical learning are in the field of Computer Science and AI. It also motivated me to start building my own projects and improve my technical skills step by step.

I’m excited to attend and build more experiences like this in the future.
