Hey everyone,

We have just launched a book aimed at people starting to understand the basics of working with data. It provides a complete, high-level view of what working with data entails, paired with pointers on how to get deeper knowledge in each subject.

Let me know if you want a 50% discount as a special year end offer.

Hey guys,

I'm sorry if it is offtopic, but I've started blogging about books I've been reading.

This is my perspective from Joy Inc, which brings a unique framework for software development including pair programming, pen and paper management and no coding marathons. I hope you enjoy it.

Blog post

Cheers

Is request latency a problem when you develop your mobile app?

Hello guys!

I've got a few questions towards mobile apps developers.

Is the performance of your app requests an issue? More specifically, how is the response time when you have to query a database in your server-side?

If so, have you implemented any cache solutions? Which ones?

What would you think about a REST API providing a high-performance cache 'as-a-service' offering? (serverless, all your app would do is a single API call)

Our team is playing around this idea, but we are not quite sure it is relevant enough to build a product for it.

Any input is highly appreciated. I can provide further details if you want to discuss this.

Hey guys, I was wondering if you could take 1min to answer a simple survey.

We are checking how people analyze cloud storage objects, any insight can prove useful.

1-min Survey

Thanks in advance!
