I invented a word and I'm racing to make it rank

I invented a word that has never existed — florbnoodle — and I'm running a tiny experiment to see how fast I can get it to rank #1 on Google, with no ads, no bought links, and no SEO budget.

There's a live tracker counting the whole thing in real time: 👉 The Florbnoodle Journey (live tracker)

Why a made-up word?
Ranking #1 for a real keyword means fighting millions of established pages. But ranking isn't an absolute bar — it's competitive. Google picks the best match relative to everyone else chasing that query.

For a word that didn't exist until this week, the competitive field is empty. Nobody else has "florbnoodle" in their title, headings, or content. So the experiment isn't really about ranking — it's about the two steps before it:

Discovery — can Google even find a brand-new page?
Indexing — will Google decide it's worth storing?
Once those clear, ranking #1 is almost automatic, because there's no one to outrank. It's an indexing speedrun, not a ranking battle.

The setup
Deliberately minimal, so the only variables are crawl + index speed:

A static page on GitHub Pages, served fast from a CDN
The word in the page title, the main heading, the URL, the first sentence, and the
DefinedTerm
JSON-LD schema
A sitemap.xml + robots.txt
A few internal-linked supporting pages
No "Request Indexing" button — discovery is fully organic, via links Google already crawls
What I'm tracking
The tracker page has a live counter since launch and a milestone timeline:

✅ Published to the web
⬜ Discovered by Googlebot
⬜ Indexed & searchable
⬜ 🏆 Ranked #1 for "florbnoodle"
Each milestone date is recorded as a dated git commit, so the commit history is tamper-evident proof of when each step actually happened — not just my word for it.

Try it yourself
Search florbnoodle on Google. Right now you'll probably get nothing (or this post). The fun is watching that change.

Round 2 will move to Cloudflare with edge analytics, so I can catch the exact moment Googlebot first crawls the page and have the timeline stamp itself.

Code + full write-up: github.com/venwork-dev/notice-me-googlepai

Follow the live race here: The Florbnoodle Journey

What made-up word would you try to rank?
