I try think but my mind digress, i can't maintain the focus in short task (mechanical) but complex task i lose the focus.

So, the complex task turn into in some impossible.

My idea are disorganized and little premeditated.

My problem learning a new language of programming

My first language of programming was C, my second language of programming was Pascal and the last Visual Basic, Java.

I learn this language of programming in the university, i learn the basic of this language. The time for learn this language was weeks and develop a project at the end of the course.

When i want learn a new language of programming my learning curve is slow. I start the first month of the year very well but i have insomnia, discouragement and loss interest to month or the last week of the month.

So, i am unstable. At the end i don't dominate the language and waste time.

Countries with standstill technological and industrial in Latin America

Venezuela, Nicaragua, Honduras and Salvador are countries in debt, corruption and depressed area.

Are importer countries; the people is not properly trained. The software is outdated, bought and maintenance in addition not have the industry. Exist little investment and dependent of international aid.

In comparative Brazil, Chile and Costa Rica have human development, industrial development and technological development.

In Venezuela, Nicaragua, Honduras and Salvador a diploma is irrelevant it's not for nothing exist a lot of brain drain of these places. The people prefer emigrate or study abroad.

Lamentably i can't use StackOverflow entirely. Is a site complicated and unfriendly.

I prefer use mailing list, irc, forum, usenet or dev.to.

1.1 Why Use a Language Like C++?

At its core, a computer is just a processor with some memory, capable of running tiny instructions like “store 5 in memory location 23459.” Why would we express a program as a text file in a programming language, instead of writing processor instructions?

The advantages:

Conciseness: programming languages allow us to express common sequences of commands more concisely. C++ provides some especially powerful shorthands.
Maintainability: modifying code is easier when it entails just a few text edits, instead of rearranging hundreds of processor instructions. C++ is object oriented (more on that in Lectures 7-8), which further improves maintainability.
Portability: different processors make different instructions available. Programs written as text can be translated into instructions for many different processors; one of C++’s strengths is that it can be used to write programs for nearly any processor.

C++ is a high-level language: when you write a program in it, the shorthands are sufficiently expressive that you don’t need to worry about the details of processor instructions. C++ does
give access to some lower-level functionality than other languages (e.g. memory addresses).
