They should possess clarity, purpose, coherence, openness and confidence. </p> <p>Technical skills- technical knowledge of subject matter of interest and hat poof the company. </p> <p>Reasearch skills- must have clear understanding of the subject. </p> <p>Tool skills- a technical writer must have exemptional, skill and knowledge of technical writing tools.
