De tegenstelling is de bevinding. Een 3,4 op Trustpilot is geen geruststelling wanneer Scamadviser 22/100 geeft op een gerelateerd domein. Het is bewijs dat de vertrouwensinfrastructuur ongelijk is tussen de domeinen van het merk. Ongelijke infrastructuur is een risicosignaal, geen groen licht.

Waar mijn eigen testlog in het plaatje past

Scamadviser říká 6/100. Trustpilot říká 2,1/5. RealReviews říká 4,6/5.

Před vkladem jsem doménu projel kontrolorem. Scamadviser dává neon54s-casino.cz trust skóre 6/100 a uvádí: „tento web byl nahlášen jako možný malware“, „doména je velmi mladá“ a „byla nahlášena pro phishing“. Souhrn je jasný: „velmi nízké skóre důvěryhodnosti naznačuje, že je zde silná pravděpodobnost, že web je podvod“. Pro doménu neon54-osterreich.com je skóre 32/100 s upozorněním, že „web může být podvod“.

Pak jsem zkontroloval Trustpilot. Trustpilot ukazuje 2,1/5 „Mangelhaft“ (nedostatečné) na německé stránce a 3,3/5 „Moyen“ (průměrné) na belgické. Recenze jsou rozdělené: jedna chválí výplatu „již následující den“, jiná varuje „absolutní podvod“.

A pak je tu RealReviews. RealReviews dává Neon54 hodnocení 4,6/5 na základě 80 recenzí, což podle platformy ukazuje na „vysokou úroveň spokojenosti zákazníků“. Jeden recenzent píše: „KYC vyřešeno, výplata dorazila, reakce v chatu rychlá“.

Rozpor je zjištění. Skóre 4,6 na jedné platformě není uklidněním, když Scamadviser dává 6/100 na jedné doméně a 32/100 na druhé, a Trustpilot 2,1/5 na třetí. Je to důkaz, že infrastruktura důvěryhodnosti je nerovnoměrná a protichůdná. Nerovnoměrná infrastruktura je signál rizika, ne zelená.

Licence je Anjouan. Jiný zdroj říká Curaçao. Ta česká chybí.

Neon54 zobrazuje licenční odkaz. Jeden zdroj uvádí, že kasino bylo založeno v roce 2022 a má licenci Anjouan. Jiný zdroj tvrdí, že kasino je „plně licencováno a regulováno vládou Curacao“. Licence je nejasná. A to je problém. V České republice je provoz online kasin regulován Ministerstvem financí a každé kasino musí splňovat přísné normy. Neon54 v seznamu českých licencí není.
