My Project

I worked on this project with a friend at Vandyhacks a few years ago. It is an Android app that plots heat maps of cities across the US representing frequency of occurrence of diseases and alerts you when in proximity of a susceptible trigger. I suppose it's especially relevant given COVID-19, but we since stopped maintaining the project and took it offline. However, we did use Heroku to host it while it was live, a nice benefit offered by the Github Student Developer Pack. We won a sponsor prize (Microsoft) for building this project.
