Was checking an old thread asking for fun content for Python newbies and novices and there weren't many responses. Bringing the topic up again to ask what new entertaining books, challenges, and content that helped you understand python, that can accompany equally entertaining but dense programming books.

I am also porting of an old guide by _why, which uses comics and surreal humor to introduce programming, to Python as Why's Poignant Guide to Python and keeping it with CC share alike license.
