StillDeep: a backend for building your own POS

Hi, I’m Maxime. I’m developing StillDeep at Waxime Studio, in Québec.

The goal is to give developers a POS backend so they can get a working point-of-sale application built faster, with their own screens and branding. StillDeep handles the business logic, leaving them to build the interface and workflows their customers need.

I’m building the engine in C#/.NET with a gRPC API. It’s proprietary, but the example UIs are open source. Developers and resellers can adapt those examples or build their own client around the engine.

You can already try a few demos: a pet store with grooming appointments, theater ticketing, and camping reservations. The engine isn’t publicly available yet. I’m aiming for January 2027.

Here’s the project if you’d like to take a look: https://stilldeeppos.com/
