In September, Meta launched Muse — a personal AI agent for everyone.

Here's the deal: every Muse user gets their own cloud computer (a Linux VM with 2-core CPU, 8GB RAM, 100GB storage). It doesn't just chat — it does things for you online: research, filling forms, booking tickets, organizing files. Just tell it what you need.

12 days after launch: 2.8 million installs. Muse shot to #1 on the US App Store, leaving ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude behind.

 The biggest hurdle: region restriction

Open muse.ai/join and you'll likely see: "Muse isn't available in your region." That's because Muse launched US-only.

Don't worry — three methods below all work, tested.

Method 1: ChatGPT Work cloud browser (most reliable, recommended)

The trick: open the Muse registration page in ChatGPT's cloud browser — that cloud computer has a US IP, so registration sails through.

Steps:

Open ChatGPT, switch to Work mode (Codex works too)

Tell it: "Open the Meta Muse registration page in a remote browser and walk me through signing up"

It'll pop an authorization dialog — click Allow

ChatGPT opens the remote Muse registration page; you manually enter your email and verify

Make sure to enter an age of 18+

Heads up: it may ask for card verification. A regular credit card works (it places a temporary $1 hold that gets refunded immediately). Set Country to United States and enter any valid US ZIP code

Method 2: Gemini Spark / Grok Bot

Almost identical to ChatGPT Work:

Open Gemini on the web, click Spark next to the chat box

Send: "Open muse.ai/join in a remote browser for me"

Take over and complete registration manually

Same idea with xAI's Grok Bot — use whichever you're comfortable with.

Method 3: Third-party cloud browsers (backup)

Some third-party cloud browser services also offer US IPs. Heads up: a batch of them got blocked by Muse on Sept 26, 2026, so they're less reliable than the first two methods. Only try this if the above don't work.

First thing after registering: claim 1 billion tokens (within 48 hours!)

Muse's free allowance runs out fast, but new users get a 1-billion-token invite bonus that never expires. You must redeem it within 48 hours of joining — miss it and it's gone.

Steps:

Open Muse's Settings (mobile: Settings → Redeem invite code; web: Settings → General → Redeem invite code)

Enter the invite code: YVX6C0

Confirm — 1 billion tokens land in your account

Both sides get 1 billion tokens. First come, first served — each code only has 30 redemptions.

You're getting more than an AI

After registering, Meta gives you a dedicated Linux VM: 2-core CPU, 8GB RAM, 100GB disk, with a clean US residential exit IP. You can have Muse work for you 24/7: scheduled research, price tracking, file organizing, running scripts.

Of course, every AI agent carries privacy risks: don't give it access to your most sensitive data.

Invite code: YVX6C0 (join at muse.ai/join, redeem in Settings within 48 hours)
