My name is Ben Kronoff. I'm the founder of FlytLabs expirmental development, located at https://flytlabs.dev.

I've just made a plan outlying the function and sound operation of the divisions of this group. It outlines how different projects will communicate and work in harmony to achieve a greater, more solid public understanding and service - and this has always be derived from the search, and need of public interest.

Hello,

My name is Ben Kronoff. I'm looking for a partner to help me manage https://flytlabs.dev, and the teams working on its ongoing projects (FlytLabs' main priority right now is Unifye). The reasoning behind this decision comes from a place of time management - I'm currently involved in a couple Shopify stores, I'm day and swing trading, as well as looking into other ventures and trying to make things happen in other places in my personal and professional life. These ventures are largely in intention of funding FlytLabs and building capital for it (past what we will be able to get in investments with some finished projects, such as Unifye which I'm hoping to debut within a couple short weeks). On top of this, I'm constantly learning more in programming, specifically Python and C# right now. Thus, I've came to the conclusion that to keep these teams running as efficiently as I've seen them able to, it would be great to have a partner with similar goals and aspirations for the ideas FlytLabs is involved in. I additionally have a couple other good ideas which I've been looking to build on however feel the construction and of such would require too much of my time unfortunately.

As the founder / owner, it’s my responsibility to deal with marketing, presence, our image, and our managerial intricacies in regards to people, time, ideas, and general organization. These are the tasks which would be split with this person fairly, determined dynamically as needed. As the number of developers involved grows, so does the time I need to allocate, even when the time I personally can at that moment, to keep things moving, waivers.

Hello,

I'm the founder of 'FlytLabs' (https://flytlabs.dev). We're working on a few projects, but that's not why I'm here. I'm looking for developers who would like to gain real experience working on websites for businesses, groups and people alike. The advantage is the potential stability of our work, as we can leverage our experience, examples, group and public face in general to bring them in in the first place, something that not all developers who have time and interest may be able to do (especially if you haven't done much client related!). We already have two businesses which we're talking with in regards to doing this, after asking around for only a couple days.

Payments:

There will be small down payments, around or under $200, to begin a project (maybe none, depending on complexity. Our current two projects in line are looking detailed however).

After this, we're organizing with the clients to collect a 15 - 25% take in the websites gross sales for the first 3 months. Keep in mind, we're upgrading sites that already make sales as well. This gives us time to tweak if it's not performing as well, and adjust the deal if needed. Overall, if allows us plenty of time to fix anything, despite the fact we'll be in constant coordination with the client - thus it will be largely in their reins. This percentage is calculated from their already made sales, and actual margins. As long as we take it on us and understand if our sites always look stellar, we'll only be taking deals which we assume we'll get a good return on for our time, due to past performance.

We will split 85% of this total amount between the developers evenly. The rest will go towards the group to finance its other projects and expenses.

There will be no commitments to joining. If you contribute fairly to even one project, you will receive an even cut to everybody else (we'll do our best to divide work up as such). If you tag along for a while or only end up helping out with just one project, we're just looking for anybody and everybody interested regardless. We hope that not only does it provide a solid financial opportunity due to upgrading sites that already make sales, but it also offers members good experience and resume - ready projects to carry under their belt. Between taking good jobs and providing smart deals, we aim to make it nothing but worth it for developers with some time and interest in finding new projects. There's no way you could lose if you can afford these two things.

I am forming a development group focused around decision - making AI and tools to aid developers and make every workflow increasingly efficient. Flytlabs.dev will house all of our ongoing projects. I am looking for developers and managers to aid in furthering these projects. I have some monetary opportunities to explore within these as well, and would like to offer more than fair splits towards projects and the people that help create them (80% +). I will personally be aiding in building every aspect, however I recognize that I can't build, expand and improve all of my ideas alone.

Thus, I am looking for Python, C, C#, and Javascript/Webdevs to aid in these projects. I hope to build online front ends which will allow users to interact with our AI projects, exchange plugins to expand previously less-expandable languages and libraries, safely send contact information, and more. I am looking for inspired, driven individuals to hopefully build a legally recognized entity with in the future, fueled by the original exposure of this groups ever-experimental and ambitious projects.
