And the first difficulty I encountered was to find projects with basic contribution issues, able to make me understand the contribution process without doing a lot of gymnastics.<br> At the time, I couldn't find any, until I came across an opportunity. <a href="https://allinopensource.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer">All in Open Source</a> had put out the call for applications for the second cohort of its open source contributor training program. I applied and during the course I was given access to simple projects designed for beginners of all kinds.</p> <p>Now that I'd finished my training, I took it upon myself to prevent the next generation of contributors from going through the same ordeal as I had. So I created the project <a href="https://github.com/agnilondapakou/helloWorld" rel="noopener noreferrer">helloWorl</a>.</p> <h2> What's helloWorld ? </h2> <p>Does “Hello world!” ring a bell? 😁<br> Ah yes, it's the first message we generally display when we learn a programming language. It's the most famous message at the time.</p> <p>helloWorld in reference to the “Hello world!” message is an open source project designed for all types of profile: beginners or experts in open source and computer programming.
