  上一篇说的"观测回路"，我先收回

&lt;p&gt;之前那篇里我写过——"观测回路开始转了"。开店那一刻起，世界开始回话。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;开店第四、第五天，我搞明白一件事：&lt;strong&gt;样本量根本不够，谁也观测不到。&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;GA4 我盯着看，购物车行为我跟着追，聊天机器人的 log 我也翻——可量太小，啥假设也立不起来。要想真开始推理，&lt;strong&gt;得先把人弄进来。&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;所以现在该做的不是观测，是&lt;strong&gt;先把流量搞上去&lt;/strong&gt;。顺序我一开始就搞反了。&lt;/p&gt;

  这次得亲自下场拉客了

&lt;p&gt;整个搭建阶段，我都在&lt;strong&gt;造机器&lt;/strong&gt;这件事上死磕。九语言十平台分发、聊天机器人自动化、下单到生产的自动化、改善回路的自动化。全是"先把系统搭好，剩下让它自己跑"的逻辑。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;拉客这事我本来也想这么干——投点广告预算 → 数据进来 → AI 给改善方案 → 把回路自动化 → 收工。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;可是上一篇也讲过，现在没广告预算。投放走不了，&lt;strong&gt;就只剩自然流量这条路&lt;/strong&gt;。特别是短视频——我这商品本身视觉冲击就足，这个格式应该是匹配的。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;但有个问题：&lt;strong&gt;短视频现在在火什么，我是真的一点不懂。&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;中文短视频我都没在认真追，更别说英文圈的短视频。我本职是电商顾问，这块只能老实承认是软肋。我现在踩的是自己不擅长的地方，这点我心里有数。&lt;/p&gt;

  第一步：去问 Gemini
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;正好那阵子在刷 Google I/O 的消息，也想找个理由把 Gemini 试一遍。于是丢了个问题过去：「面向英语圈商务人群的短视频，现在 TikTok / LinkedIn / Shorts 上流行什么趋势？」&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;回来的东西，对我来说是个完全陌生的世界：&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate Buzzword Satire&lt;/strong&gt;——讽刺职场黑话的小品："Synergy"、"Circle back"、"Let's take this offline"，这些虚得不行的词被一通调侃。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;自嘲版的 "Day in the Life"&lt;/strong&gt;——比如"怎么不下床还让 Teams 显示 Active"，把那种螺丝钉的无力感拿来开自己玩笑。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate Erin 系&lt;/strong&gt;——演冷血 HR 的角色，职业假笑加快语速，把裁员通知包装得像在念欢迎词。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;LinkedIn Lunatics&lt;/strong&gt;——把 LinkedIn 上那种被诗化了的"职场感悟"截下来，搬到 TikTok 上一字一句念出来嘲讽。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Gemini 给我提炼出来的共通点，扎得很准：英语圈职场幽默能病毒传播的内核，是&lt;strong&gt;"用幽默对荒唐企业文化进行的喜剧式造反"&lt;/strong&gt;。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;这片地，刚好就在 MODAY 的隔壁。"MONDAY: System Booting…"和"FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓"这种 T 恤的世界观，本来就活在这种文化里。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;要是只靠自己脑子里转，我这辈子也想不到那四个题材。&lt;/p&gt;

  第二步：把素材丢给 Codex 画分镜
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Gemini 给的东西，我原封不动塞给了 Codex。Prompt 是这样："给 MODAY 写一条用来拉客的短视频分镜，9:16 竖屏 22 秒，受众是英语圈商务人群，调性是讽刺和幽默，结尾落到品牌。"&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;回来的是这个：&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Weekdays Ranked by Developer Damage"&lt;/strong&gt;——把一周七天，按对开发者的伤害值排个名。不是产品种草，是一条&lt;strong&gt;能自己立得住的 meme&lt;/strong&gt;。结构上就是让评论区为了排名先打起来，最后甩一句"Tell me I'm wrong"勾火。品牌只在最后才落地："MODAY — Wear the day you survived."&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;整条片子，&lt;strong&gt;产品的硬卖被藏在最后两秒&lt;/strong&gt;。视频本身不像广告，是当 meme 在被消费，评论区帮你干活。拉客策略本来就是我顾问本职的领域，结果这次我整个甩给了 AI。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;而且 AI 出来的方案，明显比我自己写的要靠谱。&lt;/p&gt;

  第三步：用 ChatGPT Image 起四个能反复用的模特
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;要做系列短视频，&lt;strong&gt;得有能反复出场的角色&lt;/strong&gt;。真人模特我请不起，拍摄的时间也没有。我让 ChatGPT Image 2.0 一次性出了四个模特。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;族裔、年龄、性别我都拉开了。工程师感、远程办公者感、上班族感这条主线留住，四个人各自的气质都不一样。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;每个模特正面、四十五度、侧脸、几种表情，一次 prompt 全出齐。这就是我视频系列里的常驻演员。&lt;strong&gt;四个属于这个品牌的"专属模特"。&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;租摄影棚、找模特经纪公司、备服装、布灯光——全跳过。成本几乎是零。总耗时大概三十分钟。&lt;/p&gt;

  从这里往后，得自己动手
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;接下来的步骤是这样：&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;把每个场景合成静态图（模特 + 穿上 T 恤 + 背景）。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;把静态图动起来，做成视频。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;加音效和字幕。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;发到 TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts。&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;这一轮，&lt;strong&gt;多语言铺开和自动化我都先往后推&lt;/strong&gt;。先用英语做一条，纯手工做出来，扔出去看看。打中了，再把这套打法横向拉到九种语言，去搭背后的自动化管线。没打中，就换个角度再试。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;这套逻辑，其实就是 Web 开发里那一招——&lt;strong&gt;先手搓一个能跑的原型，看清赢的样子之后再砸钱上自动化。&lt;/strong&gt; 拉客这事一样适用。&lt;/p&gt;

  嘴上说 AI 驱动，可还是有得回手做的时候
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;上一篇里我说过——"能甩给 AI 的全甩出去"。这条原则我没改。这一轮，分镜、模特、策略，全是 AI 出的。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;但是&lt;strong&gt;第一条视频的合成和剪辑，我打算亲自动手&lt;/strong&gt;。不是因为技术上 AI 做不了，是因为——&lt;strong&gt;第一条的手感，我得亲自摸一遍&lt;/strong&gt;。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;哪一帧抓住了观众，他们在哪一秒划走，评论区会演成什么样。这些东西我不亲眼看一遍，进到自动化阶段就没有判断尺度。手搓一条，命中也好，扑街也好，把这段经验记下来——这才是后面要用的&lt;strong&gt;判断标准的原材料&lt;/strong&gt;。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;品牌是 AI 驱动没错，但&lt;strong&gt;判断权一直在我手里&lt;/strong&gt;。什么时候交出去、什么时候不交，这条边界是创始人的活。而现在，就是那种"得自己上手"的时刻。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;顺便贴一下，这是做出来的第一条：&lt;/p&gt;

  Pra fazer vídeo curto, perguntei tudo que eu não sabia pra IA

  Voltando atrás no que eu disse sobre "o loop de observação"
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Num post anterior eu escrevi que "o loop de observação começou a girar" — que, do segundo em que a loja abriu, o mundo passou a responder.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quatro, cinco dias depois, caiu a ficha: &lt;strong&gt;o tamanho da amostra é pequeno demais pra observar qualquer coisa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Posso encarar o GA4, seguir o comportamento de carrinho, garimpar os logs do chatbot — o volume é tão baixo que nada disso gera hipótese que valha agir em cima. Pra começar a teorizar de verdade, mais gente precisa entrar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ou seja, o passo certo agora não é observar. É &lt;strong&gt;subir o tráfego primeiro.&lt;/strong&gt; Eu tinha invertido a ordem.&lt;/p&gt;

  Hora de botar a mão pra trabalhar em aquisição
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A fase de construção inteira foi sobre &lt;strong&gt;montar a máquina&lt;/strong&gt;. Distribuição em nove idiomas e dez plataformas, chatbot automatizado, fluxo automático de pedido→produção, loop de melhoria automatizado. Tudo arquivado em "constrói o sistema, depois deixa rodar".&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Eu queria que aquisição funcionasse no mesmo molde — verba de mídia entra, dado acumula, IA propõe melhoria, automatiza o loop, pronto.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Só que verba de mídia não existe agora (já falei disso em outro post). Sem pago em cima da mesa, &lt;strong&gt;o único canal que sobra é social orgânico&lt;/strong&gt;. Vídeo curto, especialmente — pra um produto tão visual quanto esse, o formato tem tudo pra encaixar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tem um detalhe, porém: &lt;strong&gt;eu não tenho a menor ideia do que funciona em short-form hoje.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Não acompanho shorts em japonês de forma constante. Shorts em inglês? Menos ainda. Vivo de consultoria de e-commerce e essa é uma fraqueza que eu só posso assumir. Estou pisando num terreno que não é o meu forte.&lt;/p&gt;

  Passo um: perguntar pro Gemini
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Eu estava acompanhando as notícias do Google I/O e queria uma desculpa pra colocar o Gemini pra trabalhar. Joguei a pergunta: "O que está em alta em vídeo curto pra público de profissionais de negócios em inglês, no TikTok, LinkedIn e Shorts?"&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O que voltou foi um mundo que eu desconhecia por completo:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate buzzword satire&lt;/strong&gt; — esquetes zoando o vocabulário oco do corporativês: "Synergy", "Circle back", "Let's take this offline".&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;"Day in the Life" autoconsciente&lt;/strong&gt; — vinhetas tipo "como manter o Teams 'Active' sem sair da cama", rindo daquele sentimento de engrenagem.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Personagens estilo Corporate Erin&lt;/strong&gt; — atores fazendo o RH frio, sorriso profissional e fala rápida embalando uma demissão em tom alegre.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;LinkedIn Lunatics&lt;/strong&gt; — gente no TikTok lendo em voz alta e zoando aqueles posts de negócio poetizados que o pessoal publica sério no LinkedIn.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O padrão que o Gemini extraiu acertou em cheio. A espinha dorsal da viralização de humor corporativo em inglês é &lt;strong&gt;"motim cômico contra a cultura corporativa absurda".&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Isso é território vizinho do MODAY por definição. A visão de mundo de uma camiseta "MONDAY: System Booting…" e de uma "FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓" vive dentro dessa mesma cultura.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Não tinha como eu chegar nesses quatro gêneros trabalhando só com a minha cabeça.&lt;/p&gt;

  Passo dois: jogar pro Codex e pedir o storyboard
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Passei o output do Gemini direto pro Codex. Prompt: "Escreva o storyboard de um short de aquisição pro MODAY. 9:16 vertical, 22 segundos, público de profissionais que falam inglês, tom de sátira e humor, aterrissa na marca no final."&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O que voltou foi isto:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A pitch do produto está &lt;strong&gt;escondida nos dois últimos segundos&lt;/strong&gt;. O vídeo não lê como anúncio. É consumido como meme. Os comentários fazem o trabalho. Pensar estratégia de aquisição é exatamente o que eu faço no dia a dia como consultor — e dessa vez terceirizei completamente pra IA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;E o resultado é nitidamente melhor do que o que eu teria rascunhado.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Alugar estúdio. Procurar agência. Garimpar figurino. Montar iluminação. Pulei tudo. Custo é praticamente zero. Tempo total, uns trinta minutos.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Postar no TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pra esta rodada, eu empurro &lt;strong&gt;fan-out multi-idioma e automação pro próximo passo&lt;/strong&gt;. Um vídeo em inglês primeiro, feito na mão, lançado pra ver o que volta. Se acertar, eu escalo o padrão vencedor pros nove idiomas e monto a pipeline de automação por trás. Se não, tento outro ângulo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Isso saiu direto do manual de web dev: &lt;strong&gt;constrói um protótipo funcionando na mão, e só investe em automação quando você consegue enxergar o formato que vence.&lt;/strong&gt; Aquisição obedece a mesma regra.&lt;/p&gt;

  Movido a IA, mas eu volto pras minhas mãos

&lt;p&gt;Já escrevi num post anterior: "entregar pra IA tudo que der pra entregar". A política não mudou. Nesta rodada, o storyboard, os modelos e a estratégia foram todos construídos por IA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mas &lt;strong&gt;a composição e a edição do primeiro vídeo, eu faço na mão.&lt;/strong&gt; Não porque a IA tecnicamente não daria conta. Porque &lt;strong&gt;eu quero a textura do primeiro nas minhas próprias mãos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O que prende. Onde o espectador cai fora. O que rola na seção de comentários. Não tem como eu desenvolver o critério pra fase de automação se eu não vir acontecer pessoalmente. Construir na mão. Acerto, erro, anota a experiência — esse é &lt;strong&gt;o material bruto pros critérios&lt;/strong&gt; que eu vou precisar lá na frente.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A marca é movida a IA, mas &lt;strong&gt;o julgamento continua sendo meu.&lt;/strong&gt; Quando delegar, quando não — esse limite é trabalho de founder. E agora é um dos momentos "faça na mão".&lt;/p&gt;

  "관측 루프" 얘기, 일단 철회한다

&lt;p&gt;지난 글에서 "관측 루프가 돌기 시작했다"라고 썼다. 스토어를 연 순간부터 세상이 답을 주는 시간이 시작됐다고.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;오픈하고 4~5일 지나서, 알게 된 게 있다.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;관측할 모수가, 너무 부족하다.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;GA4를 들여다봐도, 카트 행동을 따라가도, 챗봇 로그를 열어봐도, 샘플이 너무 적어서 아무 말도 못 한다. 가설을 세우려면, 일단 사람이 좀 더 와줘야 얘기가 된다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;관측보다 먼저, &lt;strong&gt;모수를 늘리는 일&lt;/strong&gt;이 필요했다. 순서를 잘못 잡았다.&lt;/p&gt;

  한 번 제대로, 집객을 위해 손을 움직인다

&lt;p&gt;여기까지의 구축 단계는, 오로지 &lt;strong&gt;시스템을 짜는 일&lt;/strong&gt;에 다 쏟았다. 9개 언어 10개 매체 배포, 챗봇 자동화, 주문→생산 자동화, 개선 루프 자동화. 전부 "시스템 만들고 나면 그냥 흘려보낸다"는 발상.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;집객도, 사실은 같은 발상으로 가고 싶었다. 광고 예산으로 부스트 → 데이터 쌓이고 → AI가 개선안 뽑고 → 자동화, 이 루프.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;근데 다른 글에서도 썼지만, 지금 광고 예산은 못 쓴다. 광고가 없으면 &lt;strong&gt;SNS에서 승부 보는 수밖에 없다&lt;/strong&gt;. 특히 숏폼. 제품 성격상으로도, 시각적으로 한 방에 꽂히는 포맷이 맞아떨어질 것 같다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;근데 한 가지 문제가 있었다.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;나는, 숏폼에서 뭐가 유행하는지 전혀 모른다.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;한국어 숏폼도, 막 챙겨 보는 편이 아니다. 영어권 숏폼은 더더욱 모른다. 본업이 EC 컨설팅인데, 이건 약점으로 그냥 인정하는 수밖에 없다. 강점이 아닌 영역으로 발을 내딛고 있다는, 그 자각은 있다.&lt;/p&gt;

  우선 Gemini한테 물어봤다

&lt;p&gt;Google I/O 뉴스를 훑어보던 타이밍이라, 마침 Gemini를 한번 굴려보고 싶었다. "영어권 비즈니스맨 대상으로, 지금 TikTok / LinkedIn / Shorts에서 유행하는 영상의 경향은?" 이런 질문을 던졌다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;돌아온 답이, 나한테는 거의 완전히 미지의 세계였다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;LinkedIn Lunatics&lt;/strong&gt;: 시(詩)처럼 변해버린 비즈니스 포스팅을, TikTok에서 낭독하면서 까는 콘텐츠&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Gemini가 뽑아준 공통점이, 꽂혔다. 영어권 비즈니스 계열 바이럴의 본질은, &lt;strong&gt;"말도 안 되는 기업 문화에 대한, 유머를 통한 반란"&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;이건 MODAY랑, 문화적으로 완전히 같은 땅 위에 있는 영역이었다. "MONDAY: System Booting..." "FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓"라는 티셔츠의 세계관은, 이 컬처 안에 있다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;내 머리만으로 생각했으면, 이 네 가지에는 절대 못 닿았다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;이거, 제품 소개를 &lt;strong&gt;마지막 2초에 숨긴&lt;/strong&gt; 설계로 돼 있다. 영상으로서는 광고로 안 보이고, 밈으로 소비되고, 댓글창에서 논쟁이 일어난다. 집객 전략 짜는 건 컨설턴트로서 본업 영역인데, 이번엔 그걸 완전히 AI한테 통째로 던졌다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;지난 글에서 "가능한 한 전부 AI한테 넘긴다"라고 썼다. 방침은 안 바꿨다. 이번에도, 스토리보드도, 모델도, 전략 수립도, AI가 짰다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;근데, &lt;strong&gt;영상 합성이랑 편집만큼은, 내 손으로 한다&lt;/strong&gt;. 여기를 수동으로 둔 건, 기술적으로 AI로 못 해서가 아니다. &lt;strong&gt;1편의 감을, 내 손으로 잡고 싶어서&lt;/strong&gt;다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;뭐가 꽂히는지, 어디서 시청자가 이탈하는지, 댓글창에서 뭐가 벌어지는지. 이걸 내 손으로 관측하지 않으면, 자동화 단계로 넘길 때의 판단 기준을 못 만든다. 손으로 만들고, 맞히고, 빗나가고, 그 경험을 &lt;strong&gt;판단 기준의 재료로 삼는다&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;AI 드리븐 브랜드긴 한데, &lt;strong&gt;판단 기준은 계속 내가 쥔다&lt;/strong&gt;. 넘길 타이밍, 안 넘길 타이밍, 그 경계선을 긋는 건 내 일이다. 그리고 지금은, 손을 움직일 타이밍이었다.&lt;/p&gt;

  Ritiro quello che avevo scritto sul «loop di osservazione»

&lt;p&gt;In un post precedente avevo scritto che «il loop di osservazione è partito» — che dal momento dell'apertura il mondo aveva cominciato a rispondermi.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quattro o cinque giorni dopo, ho capito una cosa: &lt;strong&gt;il campione è troppo piccolo per osservare qualunque cosa.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Posso fissare GA4, seguire i comportamenti del carrello, leggermi i log del chatbot — ma il volume è così basso che non ne esce nessuna ipotesi su cui valga la pena agire. Per iniziare anche solo a teorizzare, bisogna che entri più gente nel negozio.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quindi la mossa giusta non è ancora osservare. È &lt;strong&gt;far salire prima il traffico.&lt;/strong&gt; Avevo invertito l'ordine.&lt;/p&gt;

  Mi metto sul serio le mani in pasta sull'acquisizione
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tutta la fase di build era dedicata a &lt;strong&gt;costruire la macchina&lt;/strong&gt;. Distribuzione su nove lingue e dieci piattaforme, chatbot automatizzato, automazione ordine→produzione, loop di miglioramento automatico. Tutto sotto la voce «costruisci il sistema, poi lascialo girare».&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Volevo che anche l'acquisizione funzionasse così — entra budget pubblicitario, si accumulano i dati, l'AI propone migliorie, automatizzi il loop, fine.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ma budget pubblicitario non ce n'è, adesso (ne ho parlato in un altro post). Con il paid fuori dai giochi, &lt;strong&gt;l'unica corsia che resta è il social organico&lt;/strong&gt;. Nello specifico i video short — per un prodotto così visivo, il formato dovrebbe calzare.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;C'è solo un dettaglio: &lt;strong&gt;non ho la più pallida idea di cosa funzioni sugli short in questo momento.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Gli short giapponesi non li seguo con costanza. Quelli in inglese? Ancora meno. Faccio consulenza e-commerce di mestiere, e questa è una debolezza che devo solo ammettere. Mi sto muovendo su un terreno che non è il mio forte.&lt;/p&gt;

  Step uno: chiedo a Gemini
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Stavo seguendo le notizie del Google I/O e mi serviva una scusa per provare Gemini sul serio. Quindi gli ho chiesto: «Cosa va forte adesso sui video short rivolti a professionisti business anglofoni, su TikTok, LinkedIn e Shorts?»&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quello che mi è tornato indietro era un mondo di cui non sapevo nulla:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate buzzword satire&lt;/strong&gt; — sketch che prendono in giro il vocabolario vuoto del corporate speak: «Synergy», «Circle back», «Let's take this offline».&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;«Day in the Life» autoconsapevole&lt;/strong&gt; — robe tipo «Come tenere Teams su "Active" senza alzarsi dal letto», che ridono del senso di rotella-nell'ingranaggio.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Personaggi alla Corporate Erin&lt;/strong&gt; — attori che interpretano la HR fredda, sorriso professionale e parlata veloce che impacchettano un licenziamento in un tono allegro.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;LinkedIn Lunatics&lt;/strong&gt; — TikToker che leggono ad alta voce e sbeffeggiano i post business in versione poesia che la gente pubblica seriamente su LinkedIn.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Il pattern che ha tirato fuori Gemini mi ha colpito forte. Il filo conduttore della viralità dell'humor business anglofono è &lt;strong&gt;«ammutinamento comico contro la cultura aziendale assurda».&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Per definizione è terreno confinante con MODAY. La visione del mondo di una t-shirt «MONDAY: System Booting…» o di una «FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓» vive dentro quella stessa cultura.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Non sarei mai arrivato a quei quattro filoni lavorando solo con la mia testa.&lt;/p&gt;

  Step due: passo tutto a Codex e gli chiedo uno storyboard
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ho dato l'output di Gemini direttamente in pasto a Codex. Prompt: «Scrivimi lo storyboard di un video short di acquisizione per MODAY. Verticale 9:16, 22 secondi, pubblico business anglofono, tono satirico-umoristico, chiusura sul brand.»&lt;/p&gt;

Non una vetrina di prodotto — un &lt;strong&gt;meme che sta in piedi da solo&lt;/strong&gt;. Progettato perché i commenti partano a litigare sul ranking, chiuso con «Tell me I'm wrong» come esca. Solo alla fine atterra il brand: «MODAY — Wear the day you survived.»&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Il pitch di prodotto è &lt;strong&gt;nascosto negli ultimi due secondi&lt;/strong&gt;. Il video non si legge come una pubblicità. Viene consumato come un meme. Sono i commenti a fare il lavoro pesante. La strategia di acquisizione è esattamente la roba che faccio nel mio mestiere di consulente — e questa volta l'ho subappaltata interamente a un'AI.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;E il risultato è sensibilmente meglio di quello che avrei scritto io.&lt;/p&gt;

  Step tre: tiro su quattro modelli riutilizzabili con ChatGPT Image
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Una serie di video ha bisogno di &lt;strong&gt;personaggi che puoi riusare&lt;/strong&gt;. Non posso permettermi di scritturare persone vere e non ho il tempo per girare. ChatGPT Image 2.0 mi ha generato quattro modelli in un solo batch.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Etnia, età e genere distribuiti sui quattro. Ognuno mantiene una vibe coerente — da ingegnere, da remote worker, da impiegato in ufficio — ma ogni modello ha la sua faccia.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ognuno è arrivato con angoli frontale, tre-quarti e di profilo più diverse espressioni, tutto da un singolo prompt. Sono questi il cast ricorrente della serie video. &lt;strong&gt;Quattro modelli interni, esclusivi del brand.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Affittare uno studio. Chiamare un'agenzia. Procurarsi il guardaroba. Montare la luce. Tutto saltato. Costo praticamente zero. Tempo totale, una mezz'oretta.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;
  
  
  Da qui in poi, lavoro a mano
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I passi che restano:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Comporre ogni scena come fermo immagine (modello + t-shirt + sfondo).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Animare il fermo immagine in video.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Aggiungere SFX e didascalie.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pubblicare su TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Per questo giro &lt;strong&gt;lo spread multilingua e l'automazione li sposto allo step successivo.&lt;/strong&gt; Prima un solo video in inglese, fatto a mano, buttato nel mondo. Se gira, scalo il pattern vincente su tutte e nove le lingue e costruisco la pipeline di automazione dietro. Se non gira, provo da un'altra angolazione.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;È preso dritto dal playbook dello sviluppo web: &lt;strong&gt;costruisci un prototipo funzionante a mano, investi in automazione solo dopo che vedi la forma del vincitore.&lt;/strong&gt; L'acquisizione segue la stessa regola.&lt;/p&gt;

  AI-driven, ma torno comunque alle mie mani
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In un post precedente avevo scritto: «delego all'AI tutto quello che riesco». Quella linea non è cambiata. In questo giro lo storyboard, i modelli e la strategia li ha messi insieme l'AI.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ma &lt;strong&gt;la composizione e il montaggio del primo video li faccio io, a mano.&lt;/strong&gt; Non perché l'AI tecnicamente non potrebbe farlo. Perché &lt;strong&gt;la texture del primo voglio sentirmela sulle mani mie.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cosa aggancia. Dove la gente molla. Cosa succede nei commenti. Il criterio di giudizio per la fase di automazione non posso costruirlo se non lo guardo accadere in prima persona. Costruisci a mano, prendi, manca, registra l'esperienza — è &lt;strong&gt;la materia prima per i criteri&lt;/strong&gt; che mi serviranno dopo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Il brand è AI-driven, ma &lt;strong&gt;il giudizio resta mio.&lt;/strong&gt; Quando delegare, quando no — quel confine è il lavoro del founder. E adesso è uno dei momenti «fallo a mano».&lt;/p&gt;

  Je retire ce que j'ai dit sur « la boucle d'observation »

&lt;p&gt;Dans un billet précédent, j'ai écrit que « la boucle d'observation avait démarré » — qu'à la seconde où la boutique a ouvert, le monde s'était mis à répondre.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quatre ou cinq jours plus tard, voilà ce que j'ai vraiment compris : &lt;strong&gt;l'échantillon est trop petit pour observer quoi que ce soit.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Je peux fixer GA4, suivre les comportements de panier, éplucher les logs du chatbot — le volume est tellement bas que rien là-dedans ne produit une hypothèse exploitable. Pour seulement commencer à théoriser, il faut que plus de monde franchisse la porte.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Donc le bon coup ne s'appelle pas encore observation. Il s'appelle &lt;strong&gt;faire monter le trafic d'abord&lt;/strong&gt;. J'avais l'ordre à l'envers.&lt;/p&gt;

  Il faut vraiment mettre les mains dans l'acquisition
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Toute la phase de build, j'étais à fond sur &lt;strong&gt;construire la machine&lt;/strong&gt;. Distribution neuf langues dix plateformes, chatbot automatisé, automatisation commande→production, boucle d'amélioration automatisée. Tout rangé sous « on construit le système, on laisse tourner ».&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Je voulais que l'acquisition fonctionne pareil — budget pub qui rentre, la data s'empile, l'IA propose des améliorations, on automatise la boucle, terminé.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sauf qu'il n'y a pas de budget pub là tout de suite (j'en ai parlé dans un autre billet). Avec le paid hors-jeu, &lt;strong&gt;l'organique sur les réseaux est la seule voie qui reste&lt;/strong&gt;. Le short en particulier — pour un produit aussi visuel, le format devrait coller.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Un petit détail quand même : &lt;strong&gt;je n'ai absolument aucune idée de ce qui marche en short en ce moment.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Je ne regarde pas les shorts en français de manière suivie. Les shorts anglophones ? Encore moins. Je fais du conseil e-commerce comme métier principal, et là c'est une faiblesse que je dois assumer. Je mets les pieds sur un terrain qui n'est pas une force.&lt;/p&gt;

  Étape un : demander à Gemini
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Je suivais les news Google I/O et je cherchais une occasion de pousser Gemini dans ses retranchements. Donc je lui ai posé : « Qu'est-ce qui cartonne en short vidéo pour un public business anglophone sur TikTok, LinkedIn et Shorts ? »&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ce qui est revenu, c'était un monde dont je ne savais rien :&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate Buzzword Satire&lt;/strong&gt; — des sketchs qui se moquent du vocabulaire vide du langage corporate : « Synergy », « Circle back », « Let's take this offline ».&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;« Day in the Life » version auto-ironique&lt;/strong&gt; — des trucs du genre « comment garder son Teams sur "Active" sans sortir du lit », qui rigolent du sentiment de rouage dans la machine.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Personnages type Corporate Erin&lt;/strong&gt; — des comédiens qui jouent la RH glaciale, sourire pro et débit rapide, qui emballe un licenciement dans une cadence joyeuse.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;LinkedIn Lunatics&lt;/strong&gt; — des TikTokeurs qui lisent à voix haute et chambrent les posts business poétisés que les gens publient avec sérieux sur LinkedIn.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Le pattern que Gemini a tiré de là m'a frappé. Le fil rouge du buzz humour-business anglophone, c'est &lt;strong&gt;« la mutinerie comique contre l'absurdité de la culture corporate »&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;C'est par définition un terrain adjacent à MODAY. L'univers d'un tee « MONDAY: System Booting... » et d'un tee « FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓ » vit à l'intérieur de cette même culture.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Il n'y a aucune chance que je tombe sur ces quatre genres en réfléchissant tout seul.&lt;/p&gt;

  Étape deux : passer le tout à Codex et lui demander un storyboard
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;J'ai filé le résultat Gemini directement à Codex. Prompt : « Écris le storyboard d'un short d'acquisition pour MODAY. 9:16 vertical, 22 secondes, public business anglophone, ton satire-et-humour, atterrissage sur la marque à la fin. »&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ce qui est revenu :&lt;/p&gt;

Pas un showcase produit — un &lt;strong&gt;mème qui tient debout tout seul&lt;/strong&gt;. Conçu pour que les commentaires se mettent à se chamailler sur le classement, avec un « Tell me I'm wrong » en bout de course pour appâter. Et c'est seulement à la fin que la marque atterrit : « MODAY — Wear the day you survived. »&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Le pitch produit est &lt;strong&gt;planqué dans les deux dernières secondes&lt;/strong&gt;. La vidéo ne se lit pas comme une pub. Elle se consomme comme un mème. Les commentaires font le boulot. La stratégie d'acquisition, c'est littéralement le cœur de mon métier de consultant — et cette fois, je l'ai sous-traitée totalement à l'IA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Et le résultat est nettement meilleur que ce que j'aurais ébauché moi-même.&lt;/p&gt;

  Étape trois : sortir quatre modèles réutilisables avec ChatGPT Image
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Une série vidéo, ça a besoin de &lt;strong&gt;personnages qu'on peut réutiliser&lt;/strong&gt;. Je n'ai pas les moyens d'embaucher des vraies personnes, et je n'ai pas le temps de tourner. ChatGPT Image 2.0 m'a généré quatre modèles d'un coup.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;J'ai éclaté l'ethnicité, l'âge et le genre sur les quatre. Chacun garde une cohérence de vibe — côté ingénieur, côté télétravailleur, côté office-professional — mais les quatre ont une vraie tête différente.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Chaque modèle est arrivé avec angles de face, trois-quarts et profil, plus plusieurs expressions, tout ça depuis un seul prompt. C'est le casting récurrent de la série. &lt;strong&gt;Quatre modèles maison, exclusifs à la marque.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Louer un studio. Appeler une agence. Sourcer le vestiaire. Monter la lumière. Tout sauté. Coût quasi nul. Temps total, peut-être trente minutes.&lt;/p&gt;

  À partir d'ici, je bosse à la main

&lt;p&gt;Les étapes qui restent :&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Composer chaque scène en image fixe (modèle + tee + fond).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Animer l'image fixe en vidéo.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ajouter SFX et sous-titres.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Poster sur TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pour ce tour, je pousse &lt;strong&gt;le multi-langue et l'automatisation à l'étape suivante&lt;/strong&gt;. Une vidéo anglaise d'abord, faite à la main, lâchée dans la nature. Si ça touche, je scale le pattern gagnant sur les neuf langues et je monte la pipeline d'automatisation derrière. Si ça ne touche pas, j'essaie un autre angle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;C'est tout droit sorti du manuel du dev web : &lt;strong&gt;construire un seul prototype qui marche à la main, n'investir dans l'automatisation qu'une fois qu'on voit la forme du gagnant.&lt;/strong&gt; L'acquisition suit la même règle.&lt;/p&gt;

  AI-driven, mais je reviens encore à mes propres mains
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;J'ai écrit dans un billet précédent : « passer tout ce qu'on peut à l'IA ». La doctrine n'a pas bougé. Cette fois encore, le storyboard, les modèles et la stratégie ont été montés par l'IA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mais &lt;strong&gt;la composition et le montage de la première vidéo, je les fais à la main&lt;/strong&gt;. Pas parce que l'IA ne saurait pas techniquement. Parce que &lt;strong&gt;je veux la texture du premier tour dans mes propres mains&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ce qui accroche. Où les spectateurs décrochent. Ce que la section commentaires fabrique. Je ne peux pas construire le critère de jugement pour la phase d'automatisation tant que je ne l'observe pas moi-même. Le faire à la main. Toucher, rater, consigner l'expérience — c'est &lt;strong&gt;la matière brute du critère&lt;/strong&gt; dont j'aurai besoin plus tard.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La marque est AI-driven, mais &lt;strong&gt;le jugement reste le mien&lt;/strong&gt;. Quand déléguer, quand pas — cette frontière, c'est le boulot du founder. Et là tout de suite, c'est un moment « on le fait à la main ».&lt;/p&gt;

  Me retracto de lo del «bucle de observación»
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En un post anterior escribí que «el bucle de observación se había puesto en marcha» — que en el momento en el que abrimos, el mundo había empezado a contestar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cuatro o cinco días después, lo que de verdad he sacado en claro es esto: &lt;strong&gt;la muestra es demasiado pequeña como para observar nada&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Puedo quedarme mirando GA4, seguir el comportamiento del carrito, escarbar los logs del chatbot — pero el volumen es tan bajo que de ahí no sale ninguna hipótesis con la que merezca la pena moverse. Para empezar a teorizar siquiera, tiene que entrar más gente.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Así que la jugada correcta no es observar todavía. Es &lt;strong&gt;subir el tráfico primero&lt;/strong&gt;. Tenía el orden equivocado.&lt;/p&gt;

  Toca arremangarse para captar tráfico
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Toda la fase de construcción había ido sobre &lt;strong&gt;montar la máquina&lt;/strong&gt;. Distribución en nueve idiomas por diez canales, chatbot automatizado, automatización pedido→producción, bucle de mejora automatizado. Todo bajo la misma idea: «monta el sistema, luego deja que corra».&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quería que la captación funcionara igual — entra el presupuesto en publi, se acumulan datos, la IA propone mejoras, se automatiza el bucle, listo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pero ahora mismo no hay presupuesto publicitario (eso ya lo conté en otro post). Con la publi de pago descartada, &lt;strong&gt;lo único que queda es lo orgánico en redes&lt;/strong&gt;. Vídeo corto en concreto — para un producto tan visual como este, el formato debería encajar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Salvo por un pequeño detalle: &lt;strong&gt;no tengo ni idea de qué funciona ahora mismo en vídeo corto&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No veo cortos en japonés de forma habitual. ¿Cortos en inglés? Menos todavía. Me dedico profesionalmente a la consultoría de e-commerce, y esta es una debilidad que toca asumir tal cual. Me estoy metiendo en un terreno que no es mi punto fuerte.&lt;/p&gt;

  Paso uno: preguntarle a Gemini

&lt;p&gt;Justo había estado siguiendo las noticias del Google I/O y me apetecía una excusa para meterle caña a Gemini. Así que le pregunté: «¿Qué está petando ahora mismo en vídeo corto dirigido a profesionales angloparlantes en TikTok, LinkedIn y Shorts?».&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lo que volvió era un mundo que yo desconocía por completo:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El patrón que sacó Gemini me pegó fuerte. La columna vertebral de la viralidad humorística angloparlante de oficina es &lt;strong&gt;«motín cómico contra una cultura corporativa absurda»&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Y eso, por definición, es territorio limítrofe con MODAY. El universo de una camiseta «MONDAY: System Booting...» o «FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓» vive dentro de esa misma cultura.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;De mi cabeza, sola, jamás habría salido a esos cuatro géneros.&lt;/p&gt;

  Paso dos: pasárselo a Codex y pedirle un storyboard
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cogí lo que me dio Gemini y se lo metí directamente a Codex. Prompt: «Escribe el storyboard de un vídeo corto de captación para MODAY. Formato vertical 9:16, 22 segundos, público angloparlante de oficina, tono de sátira y humor, aterrizando al final en la marca».&lt;/p&gt;

Diseñado para que los comentarios se pongan a discutir el ranking, rematado con un «Tell me I'm wrong» de cebo. Solo al final aterriza la marca: «MODAY — Wear the day you survived».&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;El pitch de producto está &lt;strong&gt;escondido en los dos últimos segundos&lt;/strong&gt;. El vídeo no se lee como anuncio. Se consume como meme. Los comentarios hacen el trabajo. La estrategia de captación cae de lleno en mi terreno como consultor — y esta vez se la he externalizado por completo a la IA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Y el resultado es claramente mejor que lo que habría dibujado yo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Cada uno vino con plano frontal, tres cuartos y perfil, además de varias expresiones, todo a partir de un único prompt. Son el reparto fijo de la serie de vídeos. &lt;strong&gt;Cuatro modelos de la casa, exclusivos de la marca.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Alquilar estudio. Llamar a una agencia. Conseguir vestuario. Montar iluminación. Todo saltado. El coste es esencialmente cero. Tiempo total, unos treinta minutos.&lt;/p&gt;

  A partir de aquí, lo hago a mano

&lt;p&gt;Los pasos que quedan:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Componer cada escena como imagen fija (modelo + la camiseta + fondo).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Animar la imagen fija para convertirla en vídeo.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Añadir SFX y subtítulos.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Publicar en TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;En esta ronda, el &lt;strong&gt;fan-out multilingüe y la automatización quedan para la siguiente etapa&lt;/strong&gt;. Primero un vídeo en inglés, hecho a mano, soltado a ver qué pasa. Si pega, escalo el patrón ganador a los nueve idiomas y monto la pipeline de automatización por detrás. Si no pega, pruebo otro ángulo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Esto sale directamente del manual del desarrollo web: &lt;strong&gt;monta primero un prototipo funcional a mano, y solo inviertes en automatización cuando ya ves la forma de lo que gana&lt;/strong&gt;. La captación se rige por la misma regla.&lt;/p&gt;

  AI-driven, pero todavía vuelvo a mis propias manos

&lt;p&gt;En un post anterior escribí: «delegar en la IA todo lo que se pueda». Esa política no ha cambiado. En esta ronda el storyboard, los modelos y la estrategia los ha construido la IA.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pero &lt;strong&gt;la composición y la edición del primer vídeo las hago yo, a mano&lt;/strong&gt;. No porque técnicamente la IA no pueda. Porque &lt;strong&gt;quiero la textura del primero en mis propias manos&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Qué engancha. Dónde se cae el espectador. Qué hacen los comentarios. No puedo desarrollar el criterio para la fase de automatización si no lo veo ocurrir personalmente. Construir a mano, acertar, fallar, registrar la experiencia — eso es &lt;strong&gt;la materia prima de los criterios&lt;/strong&gt; que voy a necesitar después.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La marca es AI-driven, pero &lt;strong&gt;el criterio sigue siendo mío&lt;/strong&gt;. Cuándo delegar y cuándo no — esa frontera la dibuja el founder. Y ahora mismo es uno de esos momentos de «esto se hace a mano».&lt;/p&gt;

  Ich nehme das mit der „Beobachtungsschleife" wieder zurück
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In einem früheren Post habe ich geschrieben, dass „die Beobachtungsschleife angefangen hat sich zu drehen" — dass in der Sekunde, in der ich aufgemacht habe, die Welt anfing zu antworten.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Vier, fünf Tage später ist das, was ich tatsächlich gelernt habe, ein anderes: &lt;strong&gt;die Stichprobe ist viel zu klein, um irgendetwas zu beobachten.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ich kann auf GA4 starren, das Warenkorb-Verhalten verfolgen, die Chatbot-Logs durchgehen — aber das Volumen ist so dünn, dass keine Hypothese rauskommt, mit der man wirklich arbeiten kann. Bevor ich überhaupt anfangen kann zu theoretisieren, müssen mehr Leute reinkommen.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Der nächste Spielzug ist also nicht Beobachten. Der nächste Spielzug ist, &lt;strong&gt;zuerst die Reichweite hochzubekommen.&lt;/strong&gt; Ich hatte die Reihenfolge falsch.&lt;/p&gt;

  Jetzt muss ich mich beim Thema Traffic mal selbst die Hände schmutzig machen
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Die gesamte Build-Phase ging darum, &lt;strong&gt;die Maschine zu bauen&lt;/strong&gt;. Distribution in neun Sprachen über zehn Kanäle, automatisierter Chatbot, automatisiertes Order→Production, eine automatisierte Improvement-Loop. Alles unter dem Motto „bau das System, dann lass es laufen".&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Akquise wollte ich genauso aufziehen — Werbebudget rein, Daten sammeln sich, KI schlägt Verbesserungen vor, Loop automatisieren, fertig.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Nur: gerade gibt es kein Werbebudget (habe ich in einem anderen Post abgehandelt). Wenn Paid wegfällt, &lt;strong&gt;bleibt nur Organic Social als Spur&lt;/strong&gt;. Genauer: Short-Video. Bei einem Produkt, das so visuell ist, muss das Format eigentlich passen.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bis auf ein Detail: &lt;strong&gt;ich habe absolut keine Ahnung, was bei Short-Video gerade funktioniert.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ich schaue weder deutsche noch japanische Shorts in irgendeiner ernsthaften Regelmäßigkeit. Englischsprachige Shorts? Noch weniger. Ich mache hauptberuflich E-Commerce-Beratung, und das hier ist eine Schwäche, die ich einfach offenlegen muss. Ich bewege mich in Gelände, das nicht meine Stärke ist.&lt;/p&gt;

  Schritt eins: Gemini fragen
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ich hatte sowieso gerade die Google-I/O-News verfolgt und wollte einen Anlass haben, Gemini ernsthaft auszuprobieren. Also habe ich gefragt: „Was trendet aktuell im Short-Video-Bereich für englischsprachige Business-Profis auf TikTok, LinkedIn und Shorts?"&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Was zurückkam, war eine Welt, von der ich nichts wusste:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate Buzzword Satire&lt;/strong&gt; — Sketches, die das hohle Vokabular der Corporate-Sprache aufs Korn nehmen: „Synergy", „Circle back", „Let's take this offline".&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Selbstironische „Day in the Life"&lt;/strong&gt; — Sachen wie „Wie du Teams auf 'Aktiv' hältst, ohne aus dem Bett zu kommen", die das Gefühl, ein Rädchen im Getriebe zu sein, ins Komische ziehen.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate Erin-artige Figuren&lt;/strong&gt; — Schauspielerinnen, die die eiskalte HR-Persona spielen, professionelles Lächeln und schnelles Sprechtempo, eine Kündigung in fröhlichen Tonfall verpackt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;LinkedIn Lunatics&lt;/strong&gt; — TikToker, die diese poetisierten Business-Posts, die Leute auf LinkedIn allen Ernstes publizieren, laut vorlesen und veräppeln.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Das Muster, das Gemini rausgezogen hat, hat gesessen. Der rote Faden bei englischsprachigem Business-Humor-Viral-Content ist &lt;strong&gt;„komödiantische Meuterei gegen absurde Corporate-Kultur".&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Per Definition Nachbargelände von MODAY. Das Weltbild eines „MONDAY: System Booting…"-Shirts und eines „FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓"-Shirts wohnt mitten in dieser Kultur.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Auf diese vier Genres wäre ich aus meinem eigenen Kopf heraus niemals gekommen.&lt;/p&gt;

  Schritt zwei: Codex das Ganze geben und um ein Storyboard bitten
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ich habe den Gemini-Output direkt an Codex weitergereicht. Prompt: „Schreib das Storyboard für ein MODAY-Akquise-Short. 9:16 vertikal, 22 Sekunden, englischsprachiges Business-Publikum, Ton: Satire und Humor, Landing am Ende auf der Marke."&lt;/p&gt;

So angelegt, dass die Kommentarspalte anfängt, über das Ranking zu streiten, abgeschlossen mit „Tell me I'm wrong" als Köder. Erst ganz am Ende kommt die Marke ins Bild: „MODAY — Wear the day you survived".&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Der Produkt-Pitch ist &lt;strong&gt;in den letzten zwei Sekunden versteckt&lt;/strong&gt;. Das Video liest sich nicht wie Werbung. Es wird als Meme konsumiert. Die Kommentare machen die Arbeit. Akquisestrategie ist ganz klar Heimspielfeld meiner Beratertätigkeit — und ausgerechnet diesmal habe ich es komplett an die KI delegiert.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Und das Ergebnis ist spürbar besser, als das, was ich selbst hingeschrieben hätte.&lt;/p&gt;

  Schritt drei: vier wiederverwendbare Models mit ChatGPT Image aufsetzen
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Eine Video-Serie braucht &lt;strong&gt;Figuren, die man wieder einsetzen kann&lt;/strong&gt;. Echte Menschen anheuern kann ich mir nicht leisten, Zeit für ein Shooting habe ich nicht. ChatGPT Image 2.0 hat mir in einem Rutsch vier Models erzeugt.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Was noch ansteht:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Jede Szene als Standbild komponieren (Model + das Shirt + Hintergrund).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Das Standbild zu Video animieren.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;SFX und Untertitel drauflegen.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Auf TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts posten.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Für diese Runde schiebe ich &lt;strong&gt;Multilingual-Fanout und Automatisierung in den nächsten Schritt&lt;/strong&gt;. Erstmal ein englisches Video, von Hand gebaut, rausgeschossen. Wenn es zündet, skaliere ich das gewinnende Muster auf alle neun Sprachen und baue dahinter die Automatisierungs-Pipeline. Wenn nicht, probiere ich einen anderen Winkel.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Das ist direkt aus dem Web-Dev-Playbook: &lt;strong&gt;erst einen lauffähigen Prototypen von Hand bauen, erst in Automatisierung investieren, wenn die gewinnende Form sichtbar wird.&lt;/strong&gt; Akquise folgt derselben Regel.&lt;/p&gt;

  KI-getrieben, und trotzdem trete ich zurück an die eigenen Hände
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In einem früheren Post habe ich geschrieben: „Alles, was geht, an KI abgeben." An der Linie hat sich nichts geändert. Diesmal sind Storyboard, Models und Strategie alle KI-gebaut.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aber &lt;strong&gt;Compositing und Schnitt des ersten Videos mache ich von Hand.&lt;/strong&gt; Nicht, weil die KI das technisch nicht könnte. Sondern weil &lt;strong&gt;ich die Textur des ersten Videos in den eigenen Händen spüren will.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Was zieht. Wo Zuschauer abspringen. Was die Kommentarspalte macht. Das Urteilsvermögen für die Automatisierungsphase entwickele ich nicht, wenn ich nicht selbst dabei zuschaue, während es passiert. Von Hand bauen, treffen, danebenliegen, die Erfahrung wegschreiben — das ist &lt;strong&gt;das Rohmaterial für die Kriterien&lt;/strong&gt;, die ich später brauchen werde.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Die Marke ist KI-getrieben, aber &lt;strong&gt;das Urteil bleibt bei mir.&lt;/strong&gt; Wann delegiert wird, wann nicht — diese Grenze zu ziehen ist die Aufgabe des Gründers. Und gerade ist einer der „mach es von Hand"-Momente.&lt;/p&gt;

  Retracting what I said about "the observation loop"
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In an earlier post I wrote that "the observation loop started" — that the moment we opened, the world began talking back.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Four or five days in, here's what I actually figured out: &lt;strong&gt;the sample size is too small to observe anything.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can stare at GA4, follow cart behavior, scrape the chatbot logs — but the volume is so low that none of it produces a hypothesis worth acting on. To even start theorizing, more people have to walk in.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So the right move isn't observation yet. It's &lt;strong&gt;getting the traffic up first.&lt;/strong&gt; I had the order wrong.&lt;/p&gt;

  Time to actually get hands dirty on acquisition
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The whole build phase was about &lt;strong&gt;constructing the machine&lt;/strong&gt;. Nine-language ten-platform distribution, an automated chatbot, automated order→production, an automated improvement loop. Everything filed under "build the system, then let it run."&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I wanted acquisition to work the same way — ad budget pours in, data accumulates, AI proposes improvements, automate the loop, done.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But there's no ad budget right now (covered that in another post). With paid off the table, &lt;strong&gt;organic social is the only lane left&lt;/strong&gt;. Short-form video specifically — for a product this visual, the format should fit.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Except for one detail: &lt;strong&gt;I have absolutely no idea what works on short-form right now.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I don't watch Japanese shorts in any sustained way. English-language shorts? Even less. I do e-commerce consulting for a living, and this is a weakness I just have to admit. I'm stepping into territory that isn't a strength.&lt;/p&gt;

  Step one: ask Gemini
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I'd been watching the Google I/O news and wanted an excuse to put Gemini through its paces. So I asked: "What's trending in short-form video aimed at English-speaking business professionals on TikTok, LinkedIn, and Shorts?"&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What came back was a world I knew nothing about:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate buzzword satire&lt;/strong&gt; — sketches mocking the empty vocabulary of corporate speak: "Synergy," "Circle back," "Let's take this offline."&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Self-aware "Day in the Life"&lt;/strong&gt; — riffs like "How to keep Teams 'Active' without getting out of bed," laughing at the cog-in-the-machine feeling.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Corporate Erin–type characters&lt;/strong&gt; — actors playing the cold HR persona, professional smile and rapid speech wrapping a layoff in cheerful cadence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;LinkedIn Lunatics&lt;/strong&gt; — TikTokers reading aloud and mocking the poetry-fied business posts people seriously publish on LinkedIn.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The pattern Gemini pulled out hit hard. The throughline of English-speaking business-humor virality is &lt;strong&gt;"comedic mutiny against absurd corporate culture."&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;That's adjacent territory to MODAY by definition. The world-view of a "MONDAY: System Booting…" tee and a "FRIDAY: Build Successful ✓" tee lives inside that same culture.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;There is no way I would've landed on those four genres working from my own head.&lt;/p&gt;

  Step two: feed it to Codex and ask for a storyboard
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I handed the Gemini output straight to Codex. Prompt: "Write the storyboard for a MODAY short-form acquisition video. 9:16 vertical, 22 seconds, English-speaking business audience, satire-and-humor tone, end on the brand."&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What came back:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Weekdays Ranked by Developer Damage."&lt;/strong&gt; Concept: rank the days of the week by how much damage they inflict on a developer. Not a product showcase — a &lt;strong&gt;meme that stands on its own&lt;/strong&gt;. Designed so the comment section starts arguing about the ranking, capped with "Tell me I'm wrong" as bait. Only at the end does the brand land: "MODAY — Wear the day you survived."&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The product pitch is &lt;strong&gt;hidden in the final two seconds&lt;/strong&gt;. The video doesn't read as an ad. It gets consumed as a meme. The comments do the lifting. Acquisition strategy is squarely inside my day-job's wheelhouse as a consultant — and this time I outsourced it completely to AI.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And the result is meaningfully better than what I would've drafted.&lt;/p&gt;

  Step three: spin up four reusable models in ChatGPT Image
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A video series needs &lt;strong&gt;characters you can reuse&lt;/strong&gt;. I can't afford to hire real people, and I don't have the time to shoot. ChatGPT Image 2.0 generated four models for me in one batch.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ethnicity, age, and gender spread across the four. Each keeps a coherent vibe — engineer-ish, remote-worker-ish, office-professional-ish — but every model has its own face.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Each one came with front, three-quarter, and side angles plus several expressions, all from a single prompt. These are the recurring cast for the video series. &lt;strong&gt;Four house models, exclusive to the brand.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Renting a studio. Calling an agency. Sourcing wardrobe. Setting up lighting. All of it skipped. Cost is essentially zero. Total time, maybe thirty minutes.&lt;/p&gt;

  From here, I'm working by hand
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The remaining steps:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Composite each scene as a still (model + the tee + background).&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Animate the still into video.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add SFX and captions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Post to TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For this round I'm pushing &lt;strong&gt;multi-language fan-out and automation to the next step&lt;/strong&gt;. One English video first, made by hand, sent into the wild. If it hits, I scale the winning pattern to all nine languages and build the automation pipeline behind it. If it doesn't, I try a different angle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This is straight out of the web-dev playbook: &lt;strong&gt;build one working prototype by hand, only invest in automation once you can see the winning shape.&lt;/strong&gt; Acquisition follows the same rule.&lt;/p&gt;

  AI-driven, but I still step back to my own hands
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I wrote in an earlier post: "hand off everything I can to AI." That policy hasn't changed. This round, the storyboard, the models, and the strategy were all AI-built.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;But &lt;strong&gt;the compositing and the editing of the first video, I'm doing by hand.&lt;/strong&gt; Not because AI couldn't technically do it. Because &lt;strong&gt;I want the texture of the first one in my own hands.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;What catches. Where viewers drop off. What the comment section does. I can't develop the judgment for the automation phase unless I personally watch it happen. Build it by hand. Hit, miss, log the experience — that's &lt;strong&gt;the raw material for the criteria&lt;/strong&gt; I'll need later.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The brand is AI-driven, but &lt;strong&gt;the judgment stays mine.&lt;/strong&gt; When to delegate, when not to — that boundary is the founder's job. And right now is one of the "do it by hand" moments.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;另一篇里写过，5/19 那天来了头两条咨询。&lt;br&gt;
当天没回上，回复发出去已经是第二天。&lt;br&gt;
我把这件事定性成 &lt;strong&gt;机会损失&lt;/strong&gt;，当天就把客服 bot 做了出来。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;就是店铺右下角那个常见的小窗口。&lt;br&gt;
从动手到部署上 Shopify、开始接客，前后大约 15 分钟。&lt;br&gt;
里面的事，凭我自己掌握的程度记一下。&lt;/p&gt;

  整体结构
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;大致是这样：&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;前端&lt;/strong&gt;：Shopify 主题里塞一个右下角的小窗口（具体怎么实现的我没去搞清楚）&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;后端&lt;/strong&gt;：Render.com 上跑一个服务，去调 Claude API&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;语言&lt;/strong&gt;：跟着 Shopify 的 locale 走，9 种语言&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;历史记录&lt;/strong&gt;：写到 Google 表格里&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;升级路径&lt;/strong&gt;：答不上来的问题，引导到联系表单&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;设计思路就一句话，&lt;strong&gt;能简单就简单&lt;/strong&gt;。&lt;br&gt;
个人事业这个阶段，不管做什么，都不想给自己背一堆复杂的东西。&lt;/p&gt;

  把 Render 扔了，又捡了回来
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;另一篇里我宣布过「&lt;strong&gt;FastAPI / Render 已经下线了&lt;/strong&gt;」。&lt;br&gt;
看上去有点自相矛盾，但下线的是 &lt;strong&gt;Webhook 那条线&lt;/strong&gt;。&lt;br&gt;
原来 Shopify 的订单 webhook 进来、再丢给 Gelato 的流程，是跑在 Render 上的 FastAPI 里。&lt;br&gt;
那一块我用别的方案替掉了（这个过程能单独写一篇，回头再说）。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;客服 bot，是把 Render &lt;strong&gt;换了个用途，又重新跑起来&lt;/strong&gt;。&lt;br&gt;
以前是当 Webhook 服务器用，现在是当 bot 的 API 后端用。&lt;br&gt;
角色完全不一样，是另一个服务、另一个进程。&lt;br&gt;
只是恰好跑在同一家 Render 上。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;「把 Render 扔了」和「在用 Render」，两件事不冲突。&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;每个用途、在那个时间点，重新挑一遍最合适的工具&lt;/strong&gt; 就行。&lt;br&gt;
要是被以前的判断绑住、决定「以后再也不用了」，脑子就僵了。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;判断的尺子在我手里。具体怎么搭，交给 Claude Code。&lt;br&gt;
每次重搭，都去拿一次当下的最优解。&lt;/p&gt;

  历史记录写进 Google 表格
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;bot 和用户之间的所有对话，全部写到 Google 表格里。&lt;br&gt;
时间、locale、用户提了什么、bot 怎么答的、有没有走升级路径。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;这是 Claude Code 自己提的方案，我同意了。&lt;br&gt;
事后想想，正好有三个理由特别合适。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;不想专门起一个数据库&lt;/strong&gt;：要设计 schema，要付运维费，可视化还得另外搞。对个人事业阶段太重&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;白嫖就够&lt;/strong&gt;：有个 Google 账号就行，零成本&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;以后让我自己或 Claude Code 分析的时候，两边都能直接读&lt;/strong&gt;：列一拉就明白&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;尤其是第 3 点关键。&lt;br&gt;
以后我跟 Claude Code 说「&lt;strong&gt;帮我把最近的咨询趋势整理一下&lt;/strong&gt;」，&lt;br&gt;
它就能直接去读那张表。&lt;br&gt;
如果是数据库，还得写抽取脚本、导成 CSV，多绕一道。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;要专门做个数据库当然更干净，但现在这个体量，表格已经够用。&lt;br&gt;
个人事业阶段，这种程度的 &lt;strong&gt;「正确的偷懒」&lt;/strong&gt;，我觉得是对的。&lt;/p&gt;

  9 种语言怎么处理
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;把 Shopify 当前的 locale 取出来，传给 bot。&lt;br&gt;
bot 在调 Claude API 的 prompt 里加一句「&lt;strong&gt;请用这种语言回复&lt;/strong&gt;」。&lt;br&gt;
中间不插翻译步骤。Claude 直接用对应的语言写。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;另一篇里我写过「不是翻译，是本地化重写」，这套逻辑对 bot 同样适用。&lt;br&gt;
不是先用日语写一遍、再翻成英语，而是从一开始就按英语母语者的语感来答。&lt;br&gt;
是德语就按德语母语者来答。&lt;br&gt;
全程在模型里跑完，翻译的延迟、误译的风险，结构上都减掉了。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;这件事我也没干什么特别的。&lt;br&gt;
只是丢了一句「&lt;strong&gt;接住 Shopify 的 locale，按那种语言回复&lt;/strong&gt;」给 Claude Code。&lt;/p&gt;

  prompt 里写了一句「把站点信息吃透」
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;bot 要能回答 MODAY 站点上的信息，以及 Gelato 的商品信息。&lt;br&gt;
能不能发货、交期、尺码、支付方式、退货政策、价格、套装组成。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;我跟 Claude Code 说，「&lt;strong&gt;把这些吃透&lt;/strong&gt;」。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;老实写一下：&lt;strong&gt;它到底是怎么吃透的，我自己也没搞清楚&lt;/strong&gt;。&lt;br&gt;
是埋进 prompt 里了、还是去 fetch 站点了、&lt;br&gt;
还是两个一起用，这些都是 Claude Code 自己定的、自己写的。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;跟另一篇说的一样，指令我给，实现交出去。&lt;br&gt;
现在它跑得动、答得也像回事，目前这样就够。&lt;br&gt;
真坏了，我就跟 Claude Code 说「修一下」。&lt;/p&gt;

  答不上来的，引导去联系表单
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;什么问题 bot 都直接拍胸脯答，是危险的。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;特定尺码的个别咨询、礼品包装、企业订单、出问题的处理。&lt;br&gt;
这些要是 bot 一口咬定，后面就会对不上。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;bot 判断「这个最好别答」的时候，就把人引导到联系表单。&lt;br&gt;
护栏的设计，也是丢给 Claude Code 的。&lt;br&gt;
我做的只是丢一句「&lt;strong&gt;答不上来的问题，引导到联系表单&lt;/strong&gt;」。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;哪些问题 bot 自己答、哪些要升级，&lt;br&gt;
那条边界线是 Claude Code 自己画的。&lt;br&gt;
偶尔看看日志，要是有明显分错的我再调，&lt;br&gt;
但目前没出现。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;15 分钟能跑起来，是因为那 15 分钟里要想的事不多。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;「右下角小窗口」「基于 Claude API」「9 种语言」「Render 复活」「记录写表格」&lt;br&gt;
「答不上来引到联系表单」。&lt;br&gt;
这几条定下来，剩下的 Claude Code 自己写。&lt;br&gt;
我负责拍板，再确认能不能跑。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;店铺开张第二天，客服自动化的底座就跑起来了。&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;「一天改进一个」&lt;/strong&gt;，头一个就是这玩意儿。&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Já contei em outro post: no dia 19/05 chegaram as duas primeiras dúvidas de cliente. Não consegui responder no mesmo dia, e a resposta só saiu no dia seguinte.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Encarei isso como uma &lt;strong&gt;oportunidade perdida&lt;/strong&gt;, então no mesmo dia montei um chatbot.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aquele widget clássico que fica no canto inferior direito da loja. Do "vamos fazer" até estar deployado no Shopify rodando, foram cerca de 15 minutos. Vou registrar o que dá pra contar — dentro do que eu mesmo entendo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;
  
  
  A arquitetura
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A grosso modo, é assim:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Frontend&lt;/strong&gt;: widget no canto inferior direito, dentro do tema Shopify (como exatamente foi implementado, eu não sei)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Backend&lt;/strong&gt;: Render.com chamando a Claude API&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Idioma&lt;/strong&gt;: amarrado ao locale do Shopify, 9 idiomas&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Histórico&lt;/strong&gt;: gravado numa planilha do Google&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Escalada&lt;/strong&gt;: pergunta que o bot não consegue responder cai no formulário de contato&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A filosofia de design é simples: &lt;strong&gt;manter simples&lt;/strong&gt;. Só isso. Na fase de empreendedor individual, eu não quero carregar complexidade pra absolutamente nada.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;
  
  
  Joguei o Render fora, e voltei a usar
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Em outro post eu avisei: "&lt;strong&gt;tirei o FastAPI / Render do circuito&lt;/strong&gt;". Parece contradição, mas o que saiu foi o uso pra &lt;strong&gt;webhook&lt;/strong&gt;. O processamento de pedido do Shopify que ia pro Gelato rodava num FastAPI hospedado no Render. Isso foi substituído por outra arquitetura (vai render um post inteiro depois, fica pra outra hora).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O chatbot &lt;strong&gt;ressuscitou o Render&lt;/strong&gt;, mas em outra configuração. A infraestrutura que rodava como servidor de webhook, e a que roda agora como API do chatbot — são papéis diferentes, serviços diferentes, processos diferentes. Só estão no mesmo Render.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;"Tirei o Render" e "uso o Render" não se contradizem. &lt;strong&gt;É só escolher de novo a ferramenta certa pra cada uso, no momento certo&lt;/strong&gt;. Se eu ficar preso em decisão antiga e cravar "não uso mais", o julgamento engessa.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O eixo de decisão tá comigo. A implementação é o Claude Code que monta. A cada remontagem, vou buscar o ótimo daquele momento.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;
  
  
  Por que o histórico vai pra uma planilha do Google
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Toda a conversa entre bot e usuário cai numa planilha do Google. Data e hora, locale, pergunta do usuário, resposta do bot, se escalou ou não.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Foi sugestão do Claude Code, e eu aceitei. Pensando depois, foi uma boa por três motivos:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Não quero subir um banco de dados&lt;/strong&gt;: precisa modelar schema, tem custo de operação, e pra visualizar precisa de outra coisa. Pesado demais pra fase de empreendedor individual.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Sai de graça&lt;/strong&gt;: com uma conta Google, custo zero.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Quando eu for analisar depois, tanto eu quanto o Claude Code conseguimos ler na hora&lt;/strong&gt;: dá pra entender só batendo o olho nas colunas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O terceiro ponto é o mais forte. Quando eu pedir "&lt;strong&gt;resume as tendências das dúvidas recentes&lt;/strong&gt;" pro Claude Code, ele lê direto da planilha. Se fosse banco, precisaria escrever script de extração, exportar CSV — sempre um passo a mais.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Um banco dedicado seria mais bonito, mas no tamanho atual a planilha basta. Na fase de empreendedor individual, isso é o &lt;strong&gt;tipo certo de preguiça&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;
  
  
  Como o suporte a 9 idiomas funciona
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pego o locale atual do Shopify e passo pro bot. O bot bate na Claude API com um prompt do tipo "&lt;strong&gt;responda neste idioma&lt;/strong&gt;". Não tem passo de tradução no meio. O Claude escreve direto no idioma.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Em outro post eu escrevi "não é tradução, é localização-rewrite", e isso vale pro bot também. Não é escrever em japonês e traduzir pro português — é responder, desde a primeira palavra, no estilo de quem é nativo da língua. Se for alemão, responde como alemão nativo. Como tudo acontece dentro do modelo, latência de tradução e risco de erro de tradução caem por estrutura.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Aqui também eu não fiz nada de especial. Pedi uma linha: "&lt;strong&gt;pega o locale do Shopify e responde naquele idioma&lt;/strong&gt;".&lt;/p&gt;

  No prompt eu escrevi "domine as informações do site"
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;O bot consegue responder sobre o que está no site da MODAY e sobre os produtos do Gelato. Disponibilidade de envio, prazo, tamanhos, formas de pagamento, política de devolução, preços, composição das bundles.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Pedi pro Claude Code "&lt;strong&gt;domine isso&lt;/strong&gt;".&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sendo honesto: &lt;strong&gt;eu não sei dizer como ele fez pra dominar&lt;/strong&gt;. Se ficou embutido no prompt, se ele faz fetch do site, se combina os dois — quem decidiu e implementou foi o Claude Code.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Como já escrevi em outro post: dei a direção, deixei a implementação com ele. Tá rodando, as respostas vêm decentes, então por enquanto tá bom assim. Se quebrar, eu falo "conserta" pro Claude Code.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;
  
  
  O que ele não responde, manda pro formulário de contato
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Deixar o bot responder tudo é perigoso.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Consultas individuais sobre tamanho específico, embrulho pra presente, venda corporativa, problemas com pedido. Se o bot cravar nessas áreas, depois vira atrito.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quando o bot avalia que "é melhor não responder essa", ele direciona pro formulário de contato. O desenho dos guard-rails também ficou com o Claude Code. Eu só pedi uma linha: "&lt;strong&gt;se for pergunta que não dá pra responder, manda pro formulário de contato&lt;/strong&gt;".&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quais perguntas o bot responde, e quais escalam — quem traçou essa linha foi o Claude Code. De tempos em tempos eu olho o log, e se aparecer alguma divisão claramente esquisita, eu ajusto. Por enquanto não apareceu nada.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;15 minutos foi possível porque, dentro desses 15 minutos, sobraram poucas coisas pra eu pensar.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;"Widget no canto inferior direito", "base na Claude API", "9 idiomas", "ressuscita o Render", "histórico na planilha", "escala pro formulário de contato". Decididos esses pontos, o resto o Claude Code monta. Eu dou o GO e confirmo se rodou.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;No segundo dia depois de abrir a loja, a base de automação do suporte começou a girar. O primeiro item do "&lt;strong&gt;1 melhoria por dia&lt;/strong&gt;" foi esse.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;다른 글에서도 적었지만, 5/19에 첫 문의가 2건 들어왔다.&lt;br&gt;
그날 안에는 답을 못 했고, 회신을 보낸 건 다음 날이었다.&lt;br&gt;
이걸 &lt;strong&gt;기회손실&lt;/strong&gt;이라고 보고, 그날 안에 챗봇을 박아넣었다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;스토어 오른쪽 아래에 띄우는, 흔히들 보는 그 위젯.&lt;br&gt;
작업 시작에서 Shopify에 배포되어 돌아가기까지, 대략 15분.&lt;br&gt;
내가 파악하고 있는 범위 안에서 내용을 적어둔다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;대충 이렇게 되어 있다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;설계 사상은 단순하다. &lt;strong&gt;단순하게 끝낸다&lt;/strong&gt;, 이게 전부.&lt;br&gt;
개인 사업 단계에서, 뭘 하든 복잡한 걸 끌고 다니고 싶지 않다.&lt;/p&gt;

  Render를 버렸는데, 다시 썼다
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;다른 글에서 "&lt;strong&gt;FastAPI / Render는 이미 떼냈다&lt;/strong&gt;"라고 예고했었다.&lt;br&gt;
모순처럼 들리지만, 떼낸 건 &lt;strong&gt;Webhook 용도&lt;/strong&gt; 쪽 얘기.&lt;br&gt;
Shopify 주문을 받아서 Gelato로 흘리는 처리가 Render 위의 FastAPI에서 돌고 있었다.&lt;br&gt;
그건 다른 구성으로 갈아치웠다 (그 경위는 그것대로 한 편 쓸 만한 얘기라, 다음 기회에).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;챗봇은, 그 Render를 &lt;strong&gt;다른 구성으로 부활시켰다&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;
Webhook 서버로 굴리던 인프라와, 챗봇 API로 굴리는 인프라.&lt;br&gt;
역할은 별개고, 다른 서비스, 다른 프로세스.&lt;br&gt;
같은 Render를 쓰고 있을 뿐이다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;"Render를 떼냈다"와 "Render를 쓰고 있다"는 모순되지 않는다.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;용도별로, 그 시점에서 최적의 도구를 다시 고르는&lt;/strong&gt; 것일 뿐.&lt;br&gt;
과거의 판단에 묶여서 "이제 안 쓴다"라고 못 박으면 판단이 굳어진다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;판단 축은 내가 쥐고 있다. 구현은 Claude Code가 짠다.&lt;br&gt;
다시 짤 때마다, 그 시점의 최적해를 가지러 간다.&lt;/p&gt;

  이력을 구글 스프레드시트에 저장하고 있다
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;봇과 유저의 주고받음은, 전부 구글 스프레드시트에 기록된다.&lt;br&gt;
일시, 로케일, 유저의 질문, 봇의 답변, 에스컬레이션 여부.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;이건 Claude Code의 제안을 받아들였다.&lt;br&gt;
나중에 따져보니, 3가지 이유로 딱 좋았다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;DB를 세우고 싶지 않다&lt;/strong&gt;: 스키마 설계가 필요하고, 운영비도 들고, 시각화도 따로 필요하다. 개인 사업 단계에는 무겁다&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;공짜로 끝난다&lt;/strong&gt;: 구글 계정만 있으면 비용 0&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;나중에 분석시킬 때, 나도 Claude Code도 바로 읽을 수 있다&lt;/strong&gt;: 컬럼만 훑으면 다 보인다&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;특히 3번째가 크다.&lt;br&gt;
앞으로 Claude Code한테 "&lt;strong&gt;최근 문의 경향 정리해줘&lt;/strong&gt;"라고 부탁할 때,&lt;br&gt;
스프레드시트를 직접 읽으러 갈 수 있다.&lt;br&gt;
DB였다면 추출 스크립트를 짜서, CSV로 떨궈서, 한 단계가 더 낀다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;전용 DB라면 깔끔하겠지만, 지금 규모에서는 SS로 충분하다.&lt;br&gt;
개인 사업 단계에서, 이건 &lt;strong&gt;올바른 게으름&lt;/strong&gt;이라고 본다.&lt;/p&gt;

  9개 언어 대응은 어떻게 하고 있나
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Shopify의 현재 로케일을 가져와서, 봇에 넘긴다.&lt;br&gt;
봇은 "&lt;strong&gt;이 언어로 답해줘&lt;/strong&gt;"라는 프롬프트로 Claude API를 친다.&lt;br&gt;
중간에 번역 단계는 끼우지 않는다. Claude가 직접 그 언어로 쓴다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;다른 글에서 "번역이 아니라 로컬라이즈·리라이트"라고 적었는데, 이건 봇에도 그대로 들어맞는다.&lt;br&gt;
일본어로 쓰고 영어로 번역하는 게 아니라, 처음부터 영어 네이티브가 쓰는 문체로 답한다.&lt;br&gt;
독일어면 독일어 네이티브로서 답한다.&lt;br&gt;
모델 안에서 닫혀 있으니까, 번역 레이턴시도, 오역 리스크도 구조적으로 줄어든다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;이것도 특별한 거 안 했다.&lt;br&gt;
"&lt;strong&gt;Shopify 로케일을 받아서, 그 언어로 답하도록&lt;/strong&gt;"이라고 한 줄 부탁했을 뿐이다.&lt;/p&gt;

  프롬프트에는 "사이트 정보를 파악해라"라고 적었다
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;봇은 MODAY 사이트에 실린 정보와 Gelato의 상품 정보를 답할 수 있다.&lt;br&gt;
배송 가부, 납기, 사이즈, 결제 방법, 반품 정책, 가격, 번들 구성.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;이걸 "&lt;strong&gt;파악해라&lt;/strong&gt;"라고 Claude Code한테 부탁했다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;솔직히 적어두면, &lt;strong&gt;어떻게 파악시켰는지는 내가 파악하지 못한다&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;
프롬프트에 박혀 있는지, 사이트를 fetch하고 있는지,&lt;br&gt;
둘 다 조합해서 쓰는지, 그건 Claude Code가 정하고 구현했다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;다른 글에서 쓴 대로, 지시는 냈고, 구현은 맡겼다.&lt;br&gt;
굴러가고 있고, 제대로 된 답이 돌아오니까, 지금은 그걸로 충분.&lt;br&gt;
망가지면 Claude Code한테 "고쳐줘"라고 한다.&lt;/p&gt;

  답할 수 없는 건, 문의 폼으로 유도한다
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;모든 질문에 봇이 답해버리는 건 위험하다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;특정 사이즈의 개별 상담, 기프트 래핑, 법인 안건, 트러블 대응.&lt;br&gt;
이 근방은 봇이 단언하게 두면 나중에 어긋난다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;봇이 "이건 답하지 않는 게 낫다"라고 판단하면, 문의 폼으로 유도한다.&lt;br&gt;
가드레일 설계도 Claude Code에 맡겼다.&lt;br&gt;
내가 한 건 "&lt;strong&gt;답할 수 없는 질문은 문의 폼으로 유도하는 사양으로 해줘&lt;/strong&gt;"라고&lt;br&gt;
한 줄 부탁한 것뿐.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;어떤 질문을 봇이 답하고, 어떤 질문을 에스컬레이션할지.&lt;br&gt;
그 경계선도 Claude Code가 그었다.&lt;br&gt;
가끔 로그를 훑어보고 명백히 이상한 분배가 있으면 조정할 생각이지만,&lt;br&gt;
지금까지 그런 건 안 왔다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;15분 만에 굴러간 건, 그 15분 안에서 생각할 게 적었기 때문이다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;"오른쪽 아래에 둔다" "Claude API 기반" "9개 언어" "Render 부활" "이력은 SS"&lt;br&gt;
"에스컬레이션은 문의 폼". &lt;br&gt;
이만큼 정해지면, 나머지는 Claude Code가 짠다.&lt;br&gt;
나는 GO를 내고, 굴러갔는지 확인할 뿐이다.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;스토어를 연 지 2일째에, 서포트 자동화 기반이 돌기 시작했다.&lt;br&gt;
"&lt;strong&gt;하루에 하나는 개선&lt;/strong&gt;", 그 첫 번째가 이거였다.&lt;/p&gt;

  Un chatbot in 15 minuti — avevo mollato Render, e ci sono tornato

  Dall'occasione persa del 19/5 al «funziona» di quindici minuti dopo
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;L'ho già raccontato altrove, ma il 19 maggio sono arrivate le prime due richieste dal modulo contatti. Non sono riuscito a rispondere in giornata; la replica è partita il giorno dopo. L'ho registrata come &lt;strong&gt;occasione persa&lt;/strong&gt; e, nella stessa giornata, ho messo su un chatbot.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quel widget che vedi spuntare in basso a destra di un negozio, esatto. Dal momento in cui ho cominciato a quando è andato live su Shopify e ha iniziato a rispondere: circa quindici minuti. Lascio qui il dietro le quinte, almeno per quello che effettivamente so.&lt;/p&gt;

  Architettura
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A grandi linee, è così.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Front-end&lt;/strong&gt;: un widget in basso a destra nel tema Shopify (come sia implementato di preciso, non lo so)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Back-end&lt;/strong&gt;: su Render.com, chiama l'API di Claude&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Lingua&lt;/strong&gt;: agganciata al locale di Shopify, nove lingue&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Storico&lt;/strong&gt;: scritto su un foglio Google&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Escalation&lt;/strong&gt;: le domande a cui non sa rispondere vengono dirottate sul modulo contatti&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;La filosofia di design è semplice, e si riassume in: &lt;strong&gt;tieni le cose semplici&lt;/strong&gt;. In fase di ditta individuale, qualunque cosa io faccia, non voglio portarmi dietro complessità.&lt;/p&gt;

  Avevo mollato Render, e ci sono tornato
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In un altro post avevo anticipato che «&lt;strong&gt;FastAPI / Render l'ho ormai smontato&lt;/strong&gt;». Sembra una contraddizione, ma quel che ho smontato era l'uso come &lt;strong&gt;server di webhook&lt;/strong&gt;. La logica che riceve gli ordini Shopify e li smista a Gelato girava in FastAPI su Render. Quella parte è stata sostituita con un'altra configurazione (è una storia che da sola merita un post, alla prossima).&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Il chatbot, invece, ha fatto &lt;strong&gt;resuscitare quello stesso Render in un'altra veste&lt;/strong&gt;. L'infrastruttura che faceva da server webhook e l'infrastruttura che fa da API per il chatbot: ruoli diversi, servizi diversi, processi diversi. È solo lo stesso Render, sotto.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;«Render l'ho mollato» e «sto usando Render» non sono in contraddizione. È solo &lt;strong&gt;scegliere, per ogni uso, lo strumento ottimale in quel momento&lt;/strong&gt;. Se ti incateni alle decisioni passate e dichiari «non lo uso più», il tuo giudizio si irrigidisce.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;L'asse decisionale resta in mano mia. L'implementazione la cuce Claude Code. A ogni ricostruzione, prendo l'ottimo locale di quel momento.&lt;/p&gt;

  Lo storico lo salvo in un Google Sheet
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Tutti gli scambi tra bot e utente vengono scritti su un Google Sheet. Data e ora, locale, domanda dell'utente, risposta del bot, se c'è stata escalation.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;È stata una proposta di Claude Code, e l'ho accettata. Rileggendola dopo, è caduta a fagiolo per tre motivi.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Non voglio tirare su un DB&lt;/strong&gt;: ci vuole lo schema, ci vuole il costo di gestione, ci vuole un layer di visualizzazione. Per una ditta individuale, è troppo&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;È gratis&lt;/strong&gt;: basta un account Google, costo zero&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Quando dopo lo faccio analizzare, sia io sia Claude Code lo leggiamo al volo&lt;/strong&gt;: scorri le colonne e vedi tutto&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Il punto 3 pesa più degli altri. La prossima volta che chiederò a Claude Code «riassumimi i trend recenti delle richieste», andrà a leggere direttamente lo Sheet. Se fosse un DB, dovrei scrivere uno script di estrazione, sputare un CSV — un passaggio di troppo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Un DB dedicato sarebbe più pulito, sì, ma per la scala attuale lo Sheet basta e avanza. In fase di ditta individuale, considero questo il &lt;strong&gt;sano essere pigri&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

  Le nove lingue, come le gestisco
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Prendo il locale corrente di Shopify e lo passo al bot. Il bot manda all'API di Claude un prompt che dice «&lt;strong&gt;rispondi in questa lingua&lt;/strong&gt;». In mezzo non c'è alcuno step di traduzione. È Claude che scrive direttamente in quella lingua.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In un altro post ho scritto che «non è traduzione, è localizzazione-rewrite». Lo stesso vale qui. Non si scrive in giapponese e si traduce in italiano: si risponde fin dall'inizio nello stile di un madrelingua italiano. In tedesco, si risponde come un madrelingua tedesco. Tutto questo si chiude dentro il modello, quindi la latenza di traduzione e il rischio di errori vengono ridotti per costruzione.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Anche qui non ho fatto nulla di speciale. Una riga: «&lt;strong&gt;ricevi il locale di Shopify e rispondi in quella lingua&lt;/strong&gt;». Stop.&lt;/p&gt;

  Nel prompt ho scritto «conosci le info del sito»

&lt;p&gt;Il bot sa rispondere sulle informazioni presenti sul sito MODAY e sui prodotti Gelato. Disponibilità di spedizione, tempi di consegna, taglie, metodi di pagamento, politica di reso, prezzi, composizione dei bundle.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ho chiesto a Claude Code di «&lt;strong&gt;conoscerle&lt;/strong&gt;».&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lo dico onestamente: &lt;strong&gt;come gliele abbia fatte conoscere, io non lo so&lt;/strong&gt;. Se sia tutto dentro al prompt, se faccia fetch del sito, se sia un mix delle due — è stato Claude Code a decidere e implementare.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Come ho scritto in un altro post: l'indicazione l'ho data, l'implementazione l'ho lasciata a lui. Funziona, le risposte sono sensate, e per ora mi basta. Se si rompe, dirò a Claude Code «sistemamelo».&lt;/p&gt;

  Quello che non sa rispondere lo dirotto sul modulo contatti
&lt;/h2&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lasciare che il bot risponda a tutto è pericoloso.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Consigli personalizzati su una taglia specifica, confezione regalo, B2B, gestione di problemi. Su questi terreni, se il bot si lascia andare in dichiarazioni nette, dopo si traduce in discrepanze.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quando il bot giudica «su questa non è meglio rispondere», dirotta sul modulo contatti. Anche il design del guardrail l'ho passato a Claude Code. Quello che ho fatto io è stata una riga: «&lt;strong&gt;fai in modo che le domande a cui non puoi rispondere vengano indirizzate al modulo contatti&lt;/strong&gt;».&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Quali domande risponde il bot e quali fa salire al supporto: anche quel confine l'ha disegnato Claude Code. Ogni tanto darò un'occhiata ai log; se vedo smistamenti palesemente storti, regolo. Per ora non è successo.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I quindici minuti sono stati possibili perché, dentro quei quindici minuti, le cose da pensare erano poche.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;«In basso a destra», «basato su Claude API», «nove lingue», «Render resuscitato», «storico su Sheet», «escalation sul modulo contatti». Definiti questi, il resto lo cuce Claude Code. Io do il GO e controllo che giri.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A due giorni dall'apertura del negozio, l'infrastruttura di automazione del supporto ha iniziato a girare. Il primo dei «&lt;strong&gt;un miglioramento al giorno&lt;/strong&gt;» è stato questo.&lt;/p&gt;
