&lt;li&gt;DO NOT focus on crucial things such a strategy and KPIs;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;DO NOT make meeting notes;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;DO NOT consider priorities and immediately approve every refinement that your customer ask.&lt;/li&gt;
