It's a very interesting article and thanks for the tips mentioned in the article. Especially the part where we need to be consistent. It's extremely HARD! Whether we are (too) relax or (too) under pressure, it's always hard to find the motivation to stick to the plan. Recently, I heard people saying that one way to fight back is whatever your mind trying to persuade you to do, your body should do the opposite way.
Also, I think instead of only focusing on time, I think it's equally important to manage your body or mind energy well too. Unfortunately, the balance between time and energy is different for everyone and no article in the world can show you how to do that.
