Logged in this morning thinking "Okay, it is time for it". Then I though "Wait for it".
I had never PR. I had never pull requested anything really prior to this morning, except once, on a private project for a client on Gitlab under an account he had made for me (wtf).
So I forked, I cloned, I branched a new branch, I modified, I added, I committed with a proper message and pushed.
I checked my forked GitHub repository to Compare & Pull Request. Beautiful button. I clicked. And I clicked a second time. This time on Create Pull Request. Great feeling.
So then I waited and my first pull request was automatically merged onto the beautiful repository that is first-contributions. 🙂
I'm glad I went for it.
For anyone afraid to begin today, I suggest going for it with first-contributions. 🙃
