Like I said in the article, I think it depends on what you want to use it for. I don't think there's a better tool for prototyping or building small SPAs than Svelte right now. Then again, I wouldn't use Svelte for a huge project, or even for a project with more than a single developer, which I'm guessing is your case :)
As for the lack of solid Next.js-like solution - there is Sapper, which has a lot of features that Next.js has. But, of course, it doesn't have all the features, not even Nuxt.js has them. And it probably won't change unless it sees a massive community growth.
