I haven't had this happen since joining the working industry. But in college, we had a large management department and a large computer science department. The management majors were constantly coming up with terrible ideas and "all you have to do is code it, I'm doing the hard work of coming up with the ideas", you can have 10% stock or could you just do it for a few hundred bucks?
That also happened to me in college. In Brazil (and I think in Europe too) there is a thing called "the junior enterprise movement" and it's full of people like that
