Even tho this sounds a little aggressive, I have to agree on the fact that windows is getting to a point that one may need a really powerful machine to accomplish things without suffering the ram consumption that Windows can bring to our life as developers, I'm really inclined to linux for software development.

I'm running windows in 2 gb RAM and doesn't feel any slower.
