Thank you for writing and sharing this. I like to consider this as the (underrated) cornerstone of the success of the team and of your own happiness as developer. As a self-taught junior dev who also feels overwhelmed by incompetency I wish I would witness this in my senior peers, but more often than not I feel like I'm exposing myself without getting any support and understanding in return. Your post gives me hope that this can change.
