This week my boss (who is a great guy and technical in orientation) made what I consider one of the dumbest decisions I've seen in a long time - after converting from TFS to git, he has decided that we're going back to TFS because "everyone is being slowed down by git"
I have given more than a couple group and side seat training sessions, told my colleagues repeatedly to raise their virtual hand if they run into trouble and yet I've had very few (translation: 3) questions in the 5m we've been using it.
I'm frustrated and a bit apathetic at this point to be truthful and looking for any inspiration, guidance, kick in the ass whatever to keep driving the platform forward and getting 3 very sharp and dedicated engineers to JUST LEARN THE DARN PROCESS!

I prefer git myself but is that really a hill you want to die on? If the other devs are happier/more productive using TFS my inclination would be to let them.
