Yes, I'll echo the previous comment and say that this is a difficult time, but the best way is to move forward. Take the time to work on side projects, learn new languages, frameworks, tools. Build out your portfolio of awesome projects so that when it is time or you get that next opportunity to show yourself, you will be even better prepared than before. Good luck!

I think you are completely right. I will definitely use this time to learn new things and improve my skills. I had been working on my portfolio and my personal blog, so hopefully, I will feel motivated again in a few days.

Thank you so much for your answer :)

No problem. Good luck moving forward. I actually wrote an article on this topic on things to do if you have lost your internship or job. I encourage you to check it out but yes keep working on your portfolio it'll definitely help you the most.

Thank you so much for your answer!
I was so excited about this opportunity and felt like I was a step closer to my career goals, but I understand we are facing unpreceded circumstances.
I have struggled with motivation since I received the news, but you're right, I have to move on and I will try to use this time to be a better programmer.
