I ran into an error installing heroku using the command given
No available formula with the name "heroku"
==> Searching for a previously deleted formula (in the last month)...
Warning: homebrew/core is shallow clone. To get complete history run:
git -C "$(brew --repo homebrew/core)" fetch --unshallow
Error: No previously deleted formula found.
==> Searching for similarly named formulae...
Error: No similarly named formulae found.
==> Searching taps...
==> Searching taps on GitHub...
Error: No formulae found in taps.
This worked as an alternative for me
brew install heroku/brew/heroku
Great starter guide!
For those using Docker, I would also recommend checking out this Deploying with Docker guide.
For those using Terraform, the Heroku Terraform Provider is fantastic for managing a number of applications.
Was just about to make research on this.
No problem! Let me know if you hit any snags!
