Amen to that! I manage IT infrastructure in a large facility, manage several operations projects, and develop computer vision based applications... With deadlines to meet. My only other programmers are contractors and don't work on site. I'd much prefer to just plug in my headphones and disappear into my terminal, but someone has to keep the wheels turning. No rest for the wicked ;-)
