I don't know this could be done. Great to share this!!!
One thing I didn't got from the scripts. In the second one, it is supposed you disable the social bar from all SharePoint sites, however, the script is the same as the previous one. Let me know if this still works and disabled the social media bar for all sites or there should be something additional to accomplish.
Thanks for the reply. There was a bug in the post :). I have updated the script for all SharePoint sites, now is correct.
