There was this time when our BA (short for Bussiness Analyst <._.< for terminology purposes) said to one of developers "If you are not able to solve this problem then you shouldn't be a developer at all", as you are reading this is as shocking as it felt back then (2 days ago). I didn't know how to manage the situation and I felt so impotent because I didn't want to get down to his level, telling something that I would regret or be basically just as he is (this wasn't the first time that something like this happen), so I open a private chat with him telling him that was plain rude and that we should check the requirements before getting to any conclusions, he then invited me and the other developers to a netmeeting to discuss this and ... guess what, the requirements that he wrote were ambiguos and incomplete for what he wanted to do and the worst part is that he wasn't even sorry about it, and it wasn't a critical functionality to be mad at anyway, it was just a regular loading icon.

It was good to take that out of my chest, I would really like to heard your thoughs and how do you manage situations like this.
