These days I do more Javascript and CSS and whatnot, and promote UX and accessibility.
Or 3: other spam accounts liked their posts to make them seem popular and legit. Did you check out who it was who was liking the post to see if they were real?
That could be a major signifier to a n algorithm spotting fake content.
My thoughts exactly: either spambots boosting post to look more legit or spambots liking random posts to draw attention to their accounts and content (much like it works on Instagram).

No, I have not checked the list of people. I did not consider that to be signifying enough.
