My old boss comes to me and says "why the fuck you don't read the source code at your free time, you just have 8 hours here to code, no one has time to teach you fully understand the source code, do it in the weekend!". Well, how I deal with that, I quit, that not the environment for me or everyone else to grow their love of coding and want to code wherever they want. But in another company, I dare to give my opinion, to ask the question, and with that motivation, I work and learning more than 8 hours a day and still have time to play games with my friend and visit my parent...
