The feedback I always get (which is also bad in some sense), is that I try to help other people with problems over my own tasks.

I would just do it regardless because we work on a product like a team. But if this where another company I would most likely not function good enough and have been kicked out 😅 (but then I am also curious to see how the team is then continuing).

Fun fact, I am not even a senior yet. Yet I am helping seniors with their work...

Wow. I imagine that it's a good learning experience, but I worry about falling behind in work if you're always prioritizing others.
