Thanks for the comment! Just to clarify, my request is specifically for a site focused on finding people interested in contributing to projects outside of the projects' primary technical area. It's not likely, for example, that a graphics designer is looking for "First-Time Contributor" labels on GitHub issues.

You should pair up with a designer, build a startup, achieve glory and fame and send me a t-shirt for the encouragement :-D

I agree with you 100%, there's a space for a website like that.

The tech world is not made just by and for programmers (thank all the gods in all the religions)

Agreed! But I'm already trying to build a start-up, and there's no way I have the time to make this successful.

I'm hoping someone else does, though ;)
