There are no seniors or juniors everyone is on the Same track. If Someone Chooses the track before doesn't mean he knows everything. even some companies ask For rate your skills if someone rates 10/10 Doesn't it means he knows everything from top to bottom or if someone rates 5/10 it doesn't mean he knows 50%.
Technology is developed fastly internet is moving everywhere but interview procedure is not changed.
"Don't think that only seniors know everything juniors do not compete with seniors."
Juniors make mistakes and learn from the mistakes because they are fewer people to guide the juniors.
In India(I don't about other countries) every student or even graduate is thinking Coding is hard it is not for me.Coding is only for Clever
people. There are myths still ruling the people minds.
If you ask 100 members in India about coding 80% of people say coding is very hard Why because in their colleges/schools. People Teach code in a very funny manner they will start with a hint Coding is hard If you don't learn you will fail in exams. Because they only teach code how to pass in exams they don't tell where you can use it in your life/ How coding impacts to your carrier.
Advice to the Juniors/People Who want to learn code.
- Don't think that you are not enough to compete.
- No one has 100% clarity about everything.
- Every one is zero at the time of starting.
- Never stop learning.
- Start slow and Strong.
- Never Ever think Coding is for Clevers.
- Make Mistakes and Learn from your mistakes.
- Don't Learn Coding for the sake of Job.
Advice to Seniors /People Who are Thinking Juniors don't know anything
- Give them a chance to Juniors they will prove it.
- Don't think that Only Seniors Know Everything.
- Every master is once a disaster.
I'm taking these Words from Kent C Dodds Blog
"Small tangent… I’m a happy father of two. When teaching or playing with my kids, sometimes I have to ask my daughter to give her brother a chance to answer a question. Many people are eager to please and help out. So when I throw out a softball to my son, if I don’t ask my daughter to let her little brother answer, she’ll spout out the answer and he’ll have a harder time learning/feeling the satisfaction of answering. I think that sometimes we adults can behave the same way."
They are some people Who are Helping to the Juniors. We need to appreciate them.
