Excercise is a must as you say, especially now that so much research has been and is being done on its overall impact on health & longevity.

Mental & Physical health is my priority, I aim to excercise everyday, but I still catch myself sometimes sitting almost all day, so I also need to frequently take a step back and revisit that priorities list.

Whatever you're working on and whatever approach you're trying to pull off consistency is the key, but without taking care of your health - you won't be able to bring in that consistency.
