Fantastic & comprehensive review! I'm really interested in both of these tools but just put off by the high cost - I just don't think the utility is there to justify the cost.

Don't suppose you found any free alternatives?

@sjclark You should check out responsively.app. It is a free and open-source browser for web-developers.

Amazing! Looks like just what I was after! Seems a little buggy for me (will be sure to file some specific reports!). Would you be interested in me designing/proposing a new application icon for Responsively when I get some free time?

Hey Sam, thanks but we are not looking to change the icon in anytime sooner, will get in touch if required. :)

Thanks, Sam!

No, unfortunately, I haven't found anything free that compares to these two apps.

I should also point out that this review is now hopelessly out of date and incorrect about a great many things, especially with regard to Sizzy. I'm on Sizzy's alpha release channel and, my word, Kristijan is utterly bonkers with his release cadenceβ€”and I mean substantial, brand-new-functionality sorts of updates.

It may be a bit too early to call a winner between the two, but at this rate, it won't be long.

@windoeswebdev Would love to read your review of Responsively App(responsively.app) too. It is a free and open-source alternative.

Manoj,

So cool to see an open source alternative. Just downloaded and taking it for a test drive.
