Regarding the first two points, I'd advice any newbie to leave their ego at home! ๐Ÿ˜… I often see juniors trying to be seniors since day ONE. They don't ask for help and simply self-destruct. Slow down, you are just getting started. Enjoy the ride.

It's almost counter-intuitive to be vulnerable and can feel like "being weak" to ask for help or say "I don't know" โ€” when in reality it's the exact opposite. I see the most courageous and strong people in the room are the ones willing to ask for help and can say I don't know.
