I've done two talks, one a simpler one and one a little more complex. Some tips I learned were:

Try not to give too much information at one time, you want people to listen to you talk about the points and not try to read them off a list. Try and break them up into their own section so you can talk a bit about them.

Flow is really important, don't forget to write down an outline and then make the slides and points match with your story. Don't jump all around.

For timing, if you don't want to gather friends and family, record yourself delivering your talk. This gets you familiar with it and you can gauge how your delivery is. You can either video or just audio it.

Practice speaking slowly, you might not notice it but when nervous you might start speeding through your talk. Take a deep breathe and calmly move through the slides.

One of the best parts I got from I believe this Skillshare course Presentation Essentials: How to Share Ideas That Inspire Action, find someone in the audience who seems interested and invested and occasionally look at them. It's relaxing to be talking and see someone nodding in agreement with what your saying or just generally interested.

Otherwise, I agree with many of the other comments listed here.
